Just returned from 4 nights at the Watership Inn. Although the room was small by city standards, it was fine for Provincetown. The staff went out of their way to make he stay enjoyable and memorable. The rooms are impeccably clean and everything works as expected. I will return.

A friend and I stayed here 3 nights over Memorial Weekend. We stayed in the back house upstairs attic room. This room would not be good if you're very tall as the roof are slanted and there only height down the center of the first room, and then in the second. However, as a two room suite w roomy private... More

On each of my last 6 trips to Provincetown I have stayed at the Watership Inn and I have been fortunate to be able to reserve the same room each time. Each room is different in size and décor. Some have private and semi-private decks. Most of the rooms are good size and are kept very clean. The beds and... More

If it wasn't for the drive we'd be up way more often. Rick, Dave and Mike are just the tops. The rooms are always cleaned to perfection, the towels fresh and the breakfast is always on time and on the money. For the money and location this IS the best Inn in town. If you don't check the site you... More

My husband and I needed to cancel our reservations three days prior to arrival. Once we actually go someone on the phone to handle the cancellation, we were told a refund would be credited to our card. A few weeks later we noticed that instead of a full refund we received a 10 percent refund. When we called about what... More

We hadn't made reservations at the Watership Inn, but when we arrived at the B&B we were originally scheduled to stay at, we found that, unbeknownst to us, our reservation had been cancelled. Explanation from that owner is still fuzzy, something having to do with the reservation software program never should have honored our two night reservation for Columbus Day... More

We have stayed at the Watership Inn many times so this review is well overdue! We stayed two nights at the Watership in late August and it always feel like home from the time you walk into the charming lobby that is decorated with antiques. The location is one of the best in Provincetown as it's close to "everything" but... More

Our room was on the small side but did have access to a shared deck. It was too full of furniture - however beautiful - for my liking and I had to squeeze around the furniture to get into bed and move around the room. The bathroom was good but surprisingly - despite the cost - they provided only soap.... More

you won't find a better Provincetown experience than staying right here. certainly there are more opulent and pretigious guest houses but none that will replicate what Provincetown will always be to those who are looking for the laid back, lazy, fun filled summer retreat that it is famous for. the watership inn is reminiscent, with its open space filled with... My partner and I booked a one night stay very last minute. Initially being the only room available we knew we'd have to deal with whatever we were presented with. What a pleasant surprise when we arrived. The property is so ideally located in the center of town , and the decor and rooms were so charming, we would stay... More

“3rd floor rooms will have eaves upon which to guard banging your head against. Watch for "steps up and down" which are unmarked and potentially dangerous. Our room had a very steep staircase when entering. Outside deck was large and offered great views of the night sky, and Pilgrim Monument Tower.”
