I've been staying at the Cape Codder since 2001. I always hesitate to recommend it because I don't want it to get too busy! The rates are amazingly reasonable, the rooms are bright and clean - nothing fancy here but everything you need for a quiet night's sleep - and the private beach with picnic tables and decks is right...

had a weekend here in July on a road trip heading to Vegas from the UK. warm welcome, friendly host, and guests, and a nice clean, cozy room with your own key. would definately recommend, it is also well priced for Provincetown. The guest house is very peaceful calm, and relaxing, and a short walk from the main town.

This bed-and-breakfast is very nice place to stay. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and Debbie is accommodating. This is specially appealing considering the price range. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get away for a few days or longer. Just be warned that it is prudent to book far in advance because at this...

I spend three nights here while on a staff retreat. My stay was very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms in the guest house were impeccably clean, and the garden was lovely. The owners were kind and accommodating.

I had never been to Cape Cod before and was here for a staff retreat. The room was comfortable, the staff was very welcoming, and the location was amazing. It was clean and extremely quiet and a short walk to the dock and town center. Would certainly recommend it for anyone coming to the area.

I have gone to this guest house ever summer for the last 10 years and I absolutely love the place. I it has a great atmosphere, it's cheap and right across from the beach. What more can you ask for? I love the front garden. The deck on the bech is the perfect place for an afternoon drink. The whole...

Stayed for 3 nights in July 2013, it so quaint, clean and cheap. Situated in a quieter spot on Commercial Street, so its about a 15-20min walk past all the pretty houses to the centre, no problem. Its a gem.
