We stayed here in April with our family of four (all adult sized people.) We had a very large room with access to a sitting room across the hall. Our host was friendly and helpful. The location cannot be beat... a short walk to the downtown area. We loved the homey feel of this inn. The breakfast is continental and...

This inn is a true gem. The rooms are comfortable, exceptionally well appointed, and scrupulously clean. If any place could easily pass the "white glove test," it is the Bayberry! The decor is beautiful, with many antique glass and pottery pieces, interesting sculpture, and artwork. There are six rooms from which to choose, including a spacious second floor apartment. Beds...

Great location. Great room. Great host. Nothing at all to say negative. We asked the host (Ruth) where to eat as our usual place was closed for the season and she recommended a fantastic place. We rarely stay over "off season" but would gladly do it again.

This place was the cleanest hotel ever. The room we stayed in was very pretty. I loved that they made the rooms so personal and adding wonderful decorative glassware. Owners are friendly. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent.

The Bayberry is in an excellent location just a block from the shops and restaurants of Commercial Street. Parking is on-site which is great. The B&B has one apartment and 4 small to medium sized rooms which have refrigerators. A microwave is available in the kitchen as are corkscrews, glasses, etc. The rooms are nicely decorated with the owner's beautiful...

My daughter and I stayed at the Bayberry this past weekend for our seventh annual mother/daughter P-Town weekend. We'd initially invited another friend to join us so we went looking for an inn that had affordable accommodations that would work for three people. The friend had a last-minute change of plans and failed to join us, but we were thrilled...

Loved this B&B! Can't beat the location and the room was just gorgeous! Off-street parking was provided, which was good because there was no need to drive anywhere! Bayberry is literally one block from all the action on Commercial Street, but it was quiet for relaxing and sleeping. When my husband and I first got there, Ruth gave us all...

This B&B is very well located, being about a block from Joe's Coffee and the Boatslip. We were in the apartment, which had a full kitchen and separate living room. The bedroom was nicely sized and had a fireplace (not sure if functional or not). The bathroom was clean and pedestrian, only minor point was the shower could use a...

Location is great, right off Commercial, but on a quiet street. Place is immaculate and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Our room was huge, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect, good choices, homemade treat each day, and not a huge filling ordeal. I liked helping myself and taking it outside to sit among the flowers on the...

We stayed at the Bayberry for 3 nights in June. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and gave sound advice on things to see and do. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was superb, especially the home-made scones. The hotel is a short walk to Commercial Street where all the action is, but is far...
