I am from Ireland and I'm a wee bit spoiled when it comes to Guest Houses, Inns and B&B's. My girlfriend wanted to get away for the weekend following Valentine's Day this year. She was first looking at Florida for the sun and possibly wine country in Napa. But a friend suggested Auberge Gladstone for a romantic trek not too...

My boyfriend and I wanted to get away for the weekend and we found this wonderful place Auberge Gladstone after doing an online search. The weekend was nothing short of perfect! We had a great time and were very impressed that our room had everything we needed - and more (I'm a bit high maintenace and expect perfection when I'm...

This was a highly disappointing bed and breakfast owners promoted free bikes and continental breakfast but neither was provided. I was told just a B instead of a B&B when I asked about breakfast. Bikes were available but not maintained and rideable. Rooms were smallish and bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable. Very disappointing as I felt owners were semi-retired and...

Dear Dave, We are sorry that your experience was not to your expectation. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our guests. I did a bit of research and found out that you booked with us through a third party vendor that had wrongly published that breakfast would be included with your stay at our Inn. As you...

My husband and I had an mazing wedding night at this inn. The room was spacious, private and quiet. They even had rose petals and a bottle of sparkling apple cider waiting for us. We will be back again.

This is one of the few B & B's we stayed in that was truly comfortable. Its right in the heart of things... a good location. You can tell someone has spent a lot of money upgrading everything in the old house. We had the Gladstone Suite which has a huge bathroom. Could have used a little less furniture in...

My husband and I stayed at Auberge Gladstone for our 10th Anniversary and are so happy we chose to stay here. We couldn't believe how easy the parking was and how close it was so many things in Plymouth! I was worried since I had heard how crazy the parking can be, but staying here takes away all that stress...

A romantic and charming place to call home-away-from-home. I stayed in the loft for a week – by myself, although that was not the original plan. The loft is three stories up with its own outside door with a wooden stairway. The location is ideal – walking distance from everything. One of the main reasons I chose this place was...

I agree with the review that was listed below, something seemed strange about this place. What we gathered is that the owner is not on site and some of the rooms are rented out to permanent tenants. We saw some men on the deck of the facility one evening (not guests) and the hired innkeeper is on the bottom floor...

I feel pretty ambivalent about this place. The greatest thing is its location. It's within walking distance to all major Plymouth locations and some really great restaurants. We stayed in the loft which was okay. It had a microwave and refrigerator that came in handy and the television had a great selection of channels. The bed was a little old...

Non traditional "guesthouse" accommondations. Independant small suite. Interior of room was lovely & had everything we could ask for. Comfortable bed, stylish furnishings, robes, soft towels, internet, all basic toiletries, coffee & milk, tv & even DVD service which we did not try out. Owner & staff were extremely pleasant & courteous. You can walk to main street where shops...

“While staying at the guest house, the door to loft was left open as the room was not occupied. We went upstairs for a glance. It was lovely, appeared cleaner and homey. Aside from all those additional stairs, I feel this is the better room in which to stay.”
