The cottage is charmingly a profusion of flowers, witticisms and birds and animals attracted to the multitude of bird feeders. The breakfasts outside in the garden were huge, freshly baked and cooked. The hosts couldn't do enough for you even delivering bags to the Ferry so we could spend the day exploring. A real find.

This was our first stay on the Vineyard. I booked the room in January and reserved Mary's Suite. This suite is above the garage. It is a two room suite with a spacious bedroom, sitting room and a walk-in shower. Kathleen and Frank are wonderful people who make you feel like their house is your house. It is a real...

Kathleen's Kottage has it all! Friendly owners, Kathleen and Frank. Clean private suite. Ideal location. Two minute walk to Circuit Ave. which is the Main Street in Oak Bluffs. Scrumptious breakfast. This was our first time at Kathleen's Kottage and I could not recommend it more highly. Kathy and Frank are very gracious hosts. We stayed in the "Mary" which is a lovely two-room suite separate from the main building, and we enjoyed the privacy and spaciousness. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful - a carb-lover's dream. Frank even covered our...

My husband and I first visited Martha's Vineyard in 2013 and stayed at an inn in Edgartown. For our return trip this year, we decided to try a B&B. After reading the reviews on several of our potential picks, we decided on Kathleen's Kottage. We were not disappointed. This B&B rocks! It is an exceptional value from the perspectives of...

Amazing first B&B experience! Everything was wonderful about our stay. Living space felt like home and no words can adequately describe the great breakfasts and conversations with Kathleen and Frank! Kathleen went out of her way to help me retrieve an item left elsewhere. It was pure joy to sleep with windows open at night and have breakfast on the...
