We had to stay at the Inn because of weather conditions. People are nice, The place is a little dated but everything was clean and in good working conditions. The front desk lady accommodated us on a first floor room, as requested. Every room has a parking in front. Nice eating area with a huge fireplace. The price was very...

I have been in several Hotels, Motels & Inns. The Autumn Inn is definitely not a 3 Stars hotel and not a 2.5 Stars. You might as well stayed in a Motel 6, Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn or the Quality Inn. Let's start with the good thing about the Autumn Inn. It's located near Smith college campus & about one...

Terrible overpriced dump. The room is dark, musty and looks like it hasn't been updated in 20 years. The walls are thin and I was awakened by guests waking on the floor above me. The TV service is terrible. The bathroom is tiny. Could not wait to get out of there. Thankfully only stayed one night.

This hotel is rather dated, but convenient to Smith College. Stayed there 3 nights to attend a family wedding; room had dormer windows & One window had an air conditioning unit in it. Therefore there wasn't too much light. Out of all the family members for some reason we happen to get a larger room located at the end of...

We had a wedding and needed a place to stay, I booked this through Priceline and got an amazing deal. The room was cozy and comfortable. The room was a decent size and had all the comforts one would need for a short stay. The staff was friendly, parking was convenient, and breakfast was very good.

As someone else mentioned, the smell of mildew in the lobby was really strong. Thankfully, we didn't find it as strong in the room, but the smell was definitely there. The room is a fine size, had a working TV, wifi and was clean--except the carpet which did smell and just seemed dirty. The bathroom was okay--serviceable but very small--nothing...

The good: Clean linens and warm water. Decent breakfast included. The ambience was quaint Americana. The not so good: a musty smell throughout the place, like gramma's house. The bathroom grout was moldy and (pet peeve) there was hair in the sink and shower; also soap scumb on the sink ledge. The lighting was poor and the carpet dusty around...

For the price you pay, you'd believe it is at least a 3 star hotel. As soon as you walk in you can smell the mildew in the lobby and the rooms. I highly recommend the owner clean the carpets and couches, I feel that will help with the odor. On a positive side the room was a great size...

We stayed here as part of a family gathering, so I had booked 6 rooms on the first floor. The manager Kyle was very helpful in booking the block of rooms. The rooms are definitely not anything fancy - could use a facelift and some modernizing (including more outlets for electronic devices please!) but they were clean, the location was...

We booked this hotel last minute and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is more like a motel in the way that you park directly outside your room. Our room was very clean and the AC was fantastic! Nice bathroom and shower. There was an in-ground pool out back, which looked great, we didn't have time to try it out. The...
