The "resort" shows its age, but the beds are comfortable, the rooms quiet with beautiful views, the new swimming pool lovely, the complimentary breakfast perfect and the service extremely good. The price is certainly right compared to properties in Provincetown and Truro. This was our third visit and we will be back. (We are neither deaf nor blind!)

The views are worth the stay but the rest of the hotel has gone down hill. The room itself is bare and dated. No blow dryer, phone or iron and our door felt less than secure. The continental breakfast was decent but lackluster. On the upside, the staff was extremely friendly and the views are breathtaking each room has a...

Whomever gave Outer Reach four or five stars must have been deaf and blind. This looks and feels like the original No Tell Motel of the 50's. Old and in terrible shape. Faces Route 6, the main Cape highway, so you hear traffic all day and night. Water view, yes--if you squint, but certainly not waterfront. They had a very...

Been coming here for years with our dog. We consider it our home away from home and our home on the cape. Bonnie at the desk, the housekeeping staff are all like family. They greet us on arrival, and a "cookie" for Taz. Continental breakfast in the Main Building. Upgrades in progress, like flat screen TVs, DirectTV.

The service at this resort is outstanding! From the front desk to our hotel maid and the guy who does the landscaping as well as the maintenance personnel. My wife make it a point to stay there every year and twice a year if schedule permits!

We stayed here a week in the summer and if you don't mind the drive to, pretty much Provincetown, MA, this hotel is about as close as it gets. There's a beach you can walk to within a mile, warning its on the Atlantic side and there's a long walk in the sand to get to the beach. The hotel...

The best thing about the place (aside from its pet friendly-ness) is its accessibility to nearby towns. Its in between Wellfleet (for anyone stopping by Beachcomber) and P-town. You can enjoy the nightlife around the cities, and not be too far away from the hotel. Also, great views from the rooms/rec areas. Watched a beautiful sunset, right from our deck.

I suggest anywhere else. Front desk staff is unreasonable and rude. Had to cancel or trip due to a hurricane. I was charged for the room because "they do not control the weather". 7 DAY cancellation policy. 7 DAY! I was offered no help or compromise.

Great hotel near Provincetown! Pet friendly hotel with beachy rooms (ours also had a deck and a view of the ocean and Provincetown!) Very reasonable price for hat you get. Service was great, and the continental breakfast was good too! I would definitely come back here! HOWEVER, Wifi doesn't work and there's no phone in the room. 4 stars only...

We have been going to P-town many years and usually stayed at a motel in or near the village. Last year's stay was not "memorable" so we decided to try something different. The views from the Outer Reach are FANTASTIC. It is a really quiet, big, very spread out place. The grounds make you feel like you're in as little...
