No air! Flea market mismatched furniture! Not clean; original trundle beds; old curtains; rotting windows; unsafe door lock; broken screen; rusty half stove; whole place is musty; no amenities; one s

We had a picture perfect weekend for our daughter’s wedding at Kalmar Village—David, Mark and all the staff were very helpful with all of our vendors as they arrived and set up. The ceremony on the beach was beyond lovely, and the tented reception on Kalmar’s lawn was perfect. As

David and his staff at Kalmar Village helped us host the most amazing wedding weekend! Our guests were so pleased with the accommodations and the amazing views/local environment! The cottages were cute and clean and had everything anyone could have needed. David and his staff

David is not a man of his word. He promised to refund my $250 deposit when I canceled due to family issues (with 5 weeks notice). After several emails and calls went unanswered i got $120 back. What a complete db.

Do the hotel rooms have a beach view
Does Kalmar Village have any rules about noise by guests? On our last night a very large family moved into 2 cabins with many children and teenagers. The screaming and noise continued late into the night. Left a sour note to our stay.
I am pretty sure that there are quiet hours as part of the Kalmar guest rules. I have two 9 year olds and a 7 year old and would not want to be kept up late night with excessive noise and or partying. It is a family oriented place. The owner lives on the property.
