I loved this place - in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of the historic district and river walk. Had all I needed, including a Krueig coffeemaker and coffee/tea assortment, comfy room with AC, bright kitchenette and full bath. Easy street parking.

Stayed in a one bedroom with a living room and small kitchen (#5). Clean and comfortable. Homey and pleasant on a quiet side street two blocks from the waterfront and shops. Park the car and walk around - no need to drive unless going outside of downtown Newburyport. Air conditioners worked well and I was thankful since temps were close... More

This place was centrally located on a residential street--very quiet, clean and pleasant. Facilities were fine--nothing fancy, but more than adequate with a full kitchen. There is no one on-site but a property manager is on call.We stayed on the first floor with a room on the street and it was perfectly quiet and pleasant.

We had a quick 3 night-stay planned in Newburyport for a Fitness Competition. Since we were coming from NJ with all our perfectly measured out food, for example, we wanted to stay in a comfortable hotel with kitchen access. The Inn at Newburyport made us feel right at home and helped us remain calm for our competition! We stayed in... More

We stayed here for the first time while visiting my daughter and her family. I've stayed in a number of different places in Newburyport over the years including the Essex Street Inn and AirBnB places, this was the best. The rooms/suites are very spacious and nicely appointed. Great facilities too including a nice kitchen. While there isn't any daily housekeeping... More

This is will be our 3rd time to this well kept, simple and early traditional seafaring style coastal bed and breakfast style hotel. Always accommodating and sensitive to traveler's needs. Very well located to the water, restaurants and nearby bike rentals for easy beach visits!

We have a 3 room suite at a good price for Newburyport. A full kitchen with complimentary cofee and tea. The rooms are great and very clean. The shower is very small, but it is a very old historic building, and that is not uncommon. It is an easy walk to the harbor and downtown, but on a quiet street.... More

My wife and I were in town for a sad occasion (funeral) last year and our relative's house became full. They recommended staying at The Inn at Newburyport. With little advance notice, they accommodated us at their very reasonable rates. The Inn was immaculate, comfortable, safe with a friendly staff. One of the best parts is the location; walk everywhere!!... More

We stayed in Suite 2 which was on the ground floor and very convenient. All the suites have kitchens. It was immaculate, the bed was comfy, and Joseph (the manager) returned all my calls promptly. This is not a luxurious, phoo phoo type of establishment. There is no concierge at the front desk, no fluffy towels, no room service. Just... More

This is a nice, easy inn very close to the restaurants and shops of Newburyport. We had two suites, a king and a queen. The queen suite had a nice-sized living room, lovely bedroom, tiny bathroom, and tiny kitchen. The king suite had a good sized kitchen, small living room, huge bedroom, and small bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Wifi... More
