I've known this B&B for years. It is a gem, located in one of our favorite towns. We lived in Marblehead for years, so the town holds a special sentimental value for us. This B&B has been an occasional anchor for many of us in the family. Susan and John are two absolutely special people who put tremendous love into...

Not only is the Harborside House located a stones throw from the water in the heart of historic Marblehead, but the atmosphere is so cozy and inviting. The full-service breakfasts were always fresh and delicious, the rooms were tidy and private, a well-stocked library... Susan is truly a delightful woman, sees to every possible need for her guests, and as...

Delightful location, quiet and very comfortable. Very clean and excellent breakfasts. There was lots of information about Marblehead, both historical and cultural. Lots of good places to eat and beautifully maintained houses everywhere. Everyone was very friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. We would love to return there one day.

Our original visit was to attend our daughters graduation at the University of Massachusetts which we extended into a mini vacation. We spent 4 nights at the Harborside House and aside from the weather we could not have had a more delightful stay. We had such a wonderful time in Marblehead and the surrounding area and were amazed by the...

A solo visit to research Marblehead sailing history. The Harbor House provided a very comfortable room, delightful breakfast and a cosy sitting room. Susan is a very talented artist, be sure to ask her to point out her work. I am anxious to come back with my wife for stay while we explore the town . The location is terrific,...

We spent 3 nights at Harborside House during our recent trip to the Northeast. We could not have been more pleased. The house is immaculate and Susan is a warm and gracious host with delightful stories about Marblehead and the surrounding areas. She was so kind to our children, engaging them in conversation and making them feel welcome. She also...

We stayed four nights here. Susan was a gracious and charming host. Breakfasts were wholesome and delicious, especially the fresh home-made breads. Susan makes the best cookies I've had in a long time. The property was clean and well maintained. The entirety of the historic district is within walking distance, as is Shubie's Marketplace. We enjoyed our time at Harborside...

We stayed for two nights. From the time we arrived, until the time we had to check out, we never disappointed. Susan has a charming, cozy, welcoming Inn. Our rooms had charm and our beds were comfortable. Breakfast being the most important meal of the day, and Susan has that covered. There's nothing like the smell of homemade bread, greeting...

Warm and welcoming lovely home and host. Susan made us feel so welcomed and comfortable during our stay. Our first visit to this quaint town with excellent restaurants, ocean views, and places of interest all recommended by Susan. We look forward to staying a few days more upon our return next Fall!
