This room is ridiculous, it's a huge room that has NOWHERE to hang clothes, not an armoire, not a closet, not even a metal rack. And the bathroom is at best DISGUSTING. One, it's carpeted, screaming germ infestation, the sink is absolutely useless, being so short in depth you cannot wash your face without soaking your feet and the shower... More

When my husband and I arrived at the Old Corner Inn, we rang the front doorbell and were greeted by Mike, who welcomed us to town and got us settled into our room. A welcomed respite from the 100 degree heat wave outside, our room was chilled to a comfortable level by the window unit inside. Toiletries, as well as... More

A recent visit to Massachusetts and a girlfriend getaway brought me to the Old Corner Inn, A charming B&B, located on beautiful Cape Ann. Inn Keeper Mike was friendly and helpful as was his assistant Steve. A continental breakfast was served each morning and I enjoyed having coffee out on the gracious front porch. The common areas were relaxing and... More

My husband and I had just gotten engaged prior to our trip to Manchester. Upon telling the inn keeper that, he upgraded our room. It was a nice gesture. It was a quiet place to stay. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and the inn needs some improvements, but overall it is a great location and comfortable sleep.

This is the most over priced, run down, poorly maintained lodging facility we've been to in years. And we travel a lot. It is promoted as a B&B. There is no one there at check in time, or during the night. No staff and the owner lives in NH. The sign on the door says something like come in, pick... More

We stayed here for Halloween weekend and were very happy with the accomodations. We stayed in room 1, where we had our own private bathroom and soaking tub. Everything in this B&B is very old, but the bathroom was clean and we had fresh towels everyday. We also had a fireplace in the room that we used once during our... More

This was not a bad place to stay...but there is more that can be put into it. It reminded me of staying with an aunt or a grandmother while passing through to the next destination. It was just a little older. The rooms were spacious, but it is an old establishment and could use a little TLC. The lack of... More

The Old Corner Inn wasn't easy to find online, although if you google it, there it will be. I found it after realizing I'd waited too long to book my vacation to Salem, MA this year and all the possibilities that met my requirements(preferably b&b, old as in 1800's, maybe historic) were booked solid. Anything left over to choose from... More

We lodged at the B&B for 5 nights making an extended stay while attending a fantastic wedding at The Sharksmouth Estate - The Stone House in Manchester By The Sea. “Please don't take Rm#2 with the working fireplace, it's my Favorite! Rm1# has a clawfoot tub and Rm#7 is up in the lofty part and is so cozy. Late at night if you listen (it's not at all loud) one can faintly hear the fog horn off inthe distance. Oh, to be by the sea!”
