This is definitely a place where we can call home away from home the staff are wonderful very helpful very friendly the rooms are very nice spacious very clean a great location the breakfast is amazing even with a circumstances of the Covid-19 they are very well prepared with all the cleaning the hand sanitizing always disinfecting everything and everywhere all of the precautions to serve us and keep everyone safe it feels like you are family this is definitely my place I love it .

I gotta say that Hussein at the front desk went above and beyond when I was checking into this place. Showed me all the local spots to eat at and since I’m not from the area made me right at home! I travel a lot so I notice things like this when someone stands out and does a great job. You guys are lucky to have him!

We were close to check in time and were granted entrance to our room for which we were most appreciative. Check in and out were very welcoming and professional. The breakfast room could not be open so we were packed an enormous breakfast. We would stay again.

In addition to your patronage, we very much appreciate your time to leave us a review containing some very kind and astute words! Yes, the pandemic has been a challenge for us all. Thanks to guests like yourselves, and our hard-working staff, these difficult days still provide uplift for one another and will soon, hopefully, give way to some sense of 'normalcy' in the not-too-distant future. It is our hope you will return to us - sooner than later - as our breakfast room serving hot and healthy breakfasts was just able to re-open - with modifications - as of the first week of November! The grab-and-go bags were a creative solution given the protocols imposed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. But, things feel a bit 'more normal' now that we can spoil our guests with an actual 'meal' once again as they begin their busy days after a well-earned rest! No essential worker p/work as per the Covid-19 pandemic, so we couldn’t stay. Perfectly u/standable. The hotel seems to be situated in a convenient location & seemed perfectly clean. The lady at the front desk was kind & helpful, as well.

Hello, Frank! We are grateful for your choosing Quality Inn & Suites in historic Lexington back in late-May of this year. Unfortunately, due to the regulations placed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts at that time, we were unable to welcome you for your visit. We very much appreciate your time taken to write this review as well as provide kind words for our Front Desk staff. We all work very hard to keep things as welcoming and helpful as possible for each of our guests - even the ones we had to turn away! We hope you will consider staying with us sometime sooner than later as we are now given slightly more leeway from the State as to who can visit with us. Along those same lines, we were recently able to reopen our hot and healthy breakfast offerings - with modifications - from our grab-and-go breakfast bags of past months. Slowly but surely, we are doing all we can to return to a 'sense of normal' and hope all is well for you and your loved ones, as well. Again, thank you! We hope to see you soon!
