Got caught in a bad snow storm, needed to find someplace, anyplace. My daughter looked up the nearest hotel and I called Element. When we got there I was totally blown away. The room was large, clean and a total surprise with a kitchenette. The staff were awesome and offered to help with whatever we needed. The next morning, breakfast...

I have stayed in a few hotels in Boston and most of them are old and kind of dated. On top of it all, the rates are usually out of control (as of 2017 anyway). This place is very much new or it feels like it, very modern decor and clean showers. It's right off 95 and not a bad...

This is always me and my husband's favorite place to stay when coming to Boston to visit family. It's a convenient looking location to get into the city, while still feeling quiet and away from the busy city. The beds are truly heavenly and I always get an amazing nights sleep. I love the modern design, the pool, and how...

This is still a great hotel with really nice staff and nice rooms that are comfortable. I stay here over the holidays over the last few years with my family and continue to like it. It does need better coffee and some authentic healthy whole grain breakfast choices but overall it is a good meal with fresh fruit, yogurt and...

This location has two hotels that are newly built, the Element and Aloft. It is convenient- right off the I-90 to get into Boston. Parking lot was a little crowded. The check in was a little harder than expected- the employee was new and had to get her manager, then she gave us the wrong room keys. I'm sure that...

We stayed at the element for 2.5 weeks last month. My husband was traveling to Boston for work and I joined him for this trip. The one bedroom suite is big enough specially when you are traveling for a long time and have plenty of suitcases :). Also the rooms have a kitchenette including dishwasher which is a good specially...

What a brilliant place it used to be 7 years ago! Fantastic location, great concept, large rooms, amazing staff, modern interior and yet, simple enough for either a quick stay or an extended stay of a month or more. however, after 7 years, the place is showing its age. shower cubicles cracked and repaired temporarily, drains clogging, furniture wearing, patched...

I have stayed at the element in Lexington many many times and keep coming back. Why? The staff is great, the rooms are spacious, modern and clean + have a kitchen. The gym is very good. Breakfast is complementary and good. In the evenings free drinks and snacks. And a relaxed and modern atmosphere. Oh, and great parking. I think...

I was on a mini college reunion with several friends. We had three rooms, all of which were spacious and comfortable for two people. The hotel is in a wooded area that is very attractive, especially during leaf season. The breakfast was more than adequate and there were comfortable areas in the lobby for socializing. I especially appreciated that the...
