Ever since this hotel opened, it has been our go-to option when we stay, or have friends stay, in the Boston area. It is right off the highway, but very quiet, chill and above all CLEAN. So clean, so meticulous, both the lobby and each room. It is Covid -time now, but in normal times, they have the BEST free hotel breakfast, and wine in the early evening. They allow our dogs to be there (though other guests could be better about picking up their poops) and are always friendly. My daughter sat in the empty lounge with her mask on and chatted with a visiting friend (also masked) with absolutely no issues. I felt safe and comfortable with all their updated saftey precautions and would not hesitate to come back at any time. You can get extra towels and dishwashing soap at the front desk, makes sense because they don't want to enter your rooms during your stay. Very good prices for the rooms, and as I said, CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The one-bedroom hotel room has a comfortable layout. The ladies at the front desk were friendly, the convenience store was minimally stocked, our bathroom had two bath size towels, our room had no dish detergent and the front desk didn't have any, the computer at the Element didn't work, so I was directed across the street to the Aloft, where the printer had no toner, and the hotel had no spare toner (but, the staff was willing to print a document for me), maintenance/engineering seems marginal, definitely not the hotel's strength. I get it, we're in the midst of a pandemic, and this is a very trying time for the hotel industry. On a positive note, there were lots of signs about wearing face masks, and several hand sanitizer dispensers. The lobby and guest rooms are bare bones, due to Covid 19 (as they should be). Breakfast is Grab and Go, let me assure you, you will grab quickly, and go quickly, as your Grab and Go bag may include a fiber bar, yogurt, and a bottle of water (see picture). 9 months into the Covid 19 Pandemic, I'd expect Marriott to have figured out how to do a better job with a Covid 19 friendly Continental Breakfast. So, what do I make of the Element, Lexington? It's clean, neat, and otherwise OK.

Bad smelling room, stained sheets, broken light fixtures, chipped tile in the bathroom all for 180$ dollars a night. Do not stay here, I booked one of their nicest suites for one night and was shocked at the lack of cleanliness and disrepair. I understand this is a budget hotel but you are better off staying somewhere else.

I came here for a 5 day stay with my fiance and my dog and we loved it. So comfortable and accommodating. The room was in a corner so we weren't near many people. It was pretty quiet and the staff were friendly. The girl Brittany that checked us in was extremely sweet and helpful. 10/10 will be coming back.

Element Lexington is still my favorite hotel to return “home” to in the Boston area. I stayed there 3 months in 2016 when I had an odd semester of school to finish and my lease ended, and I have stayed there many, many times since. I got a block of rooms for my family and celebrated my graduation from my doctoral program there because it felt more like home than anywhere, and I look forward to seeing the staff again every year when I return to town and to Element Lexington. Very good hotel for allergies etc. Sometimes there’s a hotel full of families in town for a soccer tournament that can be loud or etc, but overall it’s a very good experience every time. Thank you to the management and the whole staff for making me feel so welcome every time I return!
