This was my first getaway on my own and it was a great experience; within a day, I had made new friends who were supportive and fun. The class I took, Nutrition and Cooking Immersion was amazing due to the instructors. Our nutrition instructor, Annie B. Kay, was simply brilliant in her delivery and approach in teaching nutrition - she...

The yoga instructors and workshop speakers are excellent, the food is fresh and delicious, the grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming and accommodations, are simple but clean and comfortable. I stayed in a dorm setting with 8 other women. The room was quiet. People wonderful. experience magnificent for self growth, happiness in choosing activities based on my wishes. I went alone and I highly recommend this. I met so many kind individuals.

Mother daughter (18) RnR before she went back to college. I went 10 years ago for a workshop and I loved it even more this time. The food is outstanding, every single yoga class I attended was excellent, though different from each other, kid went to a cooking class while i did yoga and she liked it. I wish there...

This was my 3rd trip to Kripalu. Each has been different and all have been wonderful. It is not cheap nor are the accommodations anything beyond basic but the trip is not about the room. Whether alone or with friends, I have never spent much time in the room. I have stayed in the Annex which is very nice and...

We booked the most expensive room in their new "Annex" and it was awful. They gave us a handicapped room with no closet, no real shower and no shelf to put anything down in the bathroom. It was pretty sad. The Center was crowded and they ran out of cups for coffee and did not seem prepared for the crowd....

First of all, the meals are amazing. I am vegetarian and gluten free and there is a ton to eat. The food is fresh and well-prepared and organic. Secondly, the quality of teachers is excellent and the variety of programming is such that there's something for everyone. There are families and youth and seniors here. It's a great mixture of...

If you are looking for a place of refuge, for peace, for quiet reflection, for yoga visit Kripalu. You will not be disappointed. I did a solo R+R retreat during their completive week in December 2016 and it was everything I needed to break from a hectic life. I was able to not only hit the "pause" button, but I...

I arrived for my R & R retreat on November 20, 2016. I registered at the front desk and received a name tag, room key, and information about Kripalu. The check-in process was quick and simple. I booked a private room with hall bath. My room was located on the third floor in the main building. The room was tidy...

I was there for a 2.5 day (2 night) conference. Check in was late (after 4) even though I arrived at 2 to check out the facilities, so I didn't get to have their free yoga class or use the whirlpool or anything as we started our conference after supper. They really miss the boat on this - I didn't...
