The MBTA train line from Boston to Newburyport includes Salem and Ipswich. Ipswich station is a 5 minute walk from KAEDE. Do check the schedule before using the train because it is a commuter line, so the frequency of the trains varies throughout the day. I believe the train ride from Ipswich to Salem takes about 20 minutes (to Boston from Ipswich is 50 minutes).
