Hotel had good size rooms and was very quiet. Location near the center of town and bear the wharf was outstanding. Minor issues: lack of plugs by nightstands (new lamps with plugs would help), parking lot is tight but manageable, breakfast is skimpy. The breakfast had the usual cereals, roll, bagels, etc, but the pancakes and eggs were made up...

Hello Phil and thank you for your review. I particularly like that suggestion about having lamps with plugs... David (the owner) often picks up on stuff like that to improve the rooms. Alas, it's only a continental breakfast as we don't have bigger facilities, but at least there's a good selection of items. Another interesting take on the microwave though...

This was a girls weekend away so we needed a clean , safe place to sleep. SeaCoast inn has a perfect location as you can walk to some of the best restaurants on the cape, close to ferries and harbor. The room was clean and check in was smooth. There is no pool, arcade, gym so if you need these...

Hello Brooklyn Mom and thank you for your review! Yes I think our main attraction is our convenience to so much, as we certainly do not have the pool or other items you listed. Only 6 of our rooms are for up to 4 people (5 of those downstairs), to try to keep noise to a minimum, as well as...

Paid $110 for one night. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and smelled fresh and inviting. The big win for me was STANDARD sized pillows. God I hate king pillows! Thank you for providing standard pillows!! Although the room was a bit dated, it did not take away from the comfort. The location is very quiet...

It seems as we got a newly renovated room. Very clean, and our king sized room was quite spacious with a kitchenette. This motel is in a great location. Breakfast is included! At $99 a night, it was a great deal.

Thank you for that Katy! David (the owner) is constantly updating items within the rooms, be they new drapes, mattresses, or larger mattress sizes. He's even got some new flavored coffee blends about to go into the rooms. Cheers! Tommy

We stayed here for a few days for a get-away and really enjoyed it. The room was a nice size (room 25, upstairs, facing the park), it was clean and quiet. things are a little squished in the room; lots of room for the queen beds but the 2 chairs were squished by the window next to one of the...

Hello WendyMax! Yes when I saw that construction blocking our little road I instantly felt the frustration our customers would feel, so immediately checked out Google maps to find that route through the parking lot and building across the way. Thankfully everyone made it just fine that day! Thanks again for the kudos on our place and location, as well...

We found this to be a good basic hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. Nice little kitchenette in unit. Very close to downtown and ferries to the islands. The manager Tommy was awesome. He was warm, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a no frills, clean place to...

We were here for three nights and since it was for a sad reason we wanted to be in a nice spot. We loved the Inn. It's right across from the beach. It was clean and comfortable. We would recommend it.

Hello Jackie and thank you for your kind words to honor someone who (still) is obviously quite loved. I know you meant "harbor" instead of beach too, but need to point that out so no one picks us for the beach, which is only a 15 minute walk down the street from here. Cheers! Tommy

The location was wonderful- centrally located and convenient to everything! Tommy was really friendly at check in and gave us lots of great information. Our room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable but it could have used some updating- heavy red velvet comforters and drapes.. The large picture above the nightstand was extremely dirty and had mold underneath...

Hello LF! Thanks for the kudos... As long as you guys are willing I'm glad to suggest some sightseeing. :) I'm sorry to hear about the picture and fan, but the good news is that Sandy keeps track of these reviews and is quick to update as well. I spent just 1 night here October 28 2016 on my way out of New England and found this to be a good value and a good choice for my purposes. Hey thank you for your review Don! Yes: scenic we're not (though we have some rooms along the Village Green), yet we're located right in between the harbor (ferries... great restaurants... art) and Main street. Sure hope you check in to some smiles next round! Cheers! Tommy
