Clean enough but grungy place. Hallway smelled of spray that was trying to cover up mildewy smell. Room was ok. Sheets needed replacement- stains and holes. Night clerk was rude. A woman sat in a wet chair and he made fun of her for it. Morning clerk was very nice.

The room was spacious and clean and the location is ideal for the town centre, places to eat and drink, the JFK Museum as well as being only a 10-15 minute walk to the ferry terminals. The continental breakfast was fine but it is served in the indoor pool area, which we did find a bit strange. The reception staff...

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The Hyannis Travel Inn is a traditional motel and we were looking for a clean place with good value - no real concern for décor. We found the HTI to fit the bill. The office folks were very friendly & helpful. The beds were a little bouncy. The shower had great hot water &...

Out top choices were full so we settled here since we just needed a place to crash for the night. Thank goodness it was just one night! The neighbor was on his phone for a couple hours straight talking to his girlfriend. How did we know? We could hear it all; the walls are thin. The room was shabby, and...

Enjoyed our stay very much. Accommodations very adequate-clean. Continental breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly (especially Cliff at front desk). Great location - close to Main St. Hyannis and ferries to Nantucket. Many restaurants close. Good value for the price.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and we got a great off season deal. Breakfast was good with muffins, pastries toast, bagels, yogurt, boiled eggs, coffee, tea and juice. Fruit might be a nice addition?

We stayed here as our base to explore Cape Cod and Nantucket Island at the start of our two week USA holiday. We found the rooms to be rather tired and the bathrooms in need of upgrading but spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly and full of knowledgeable advice about the area. This hotel is...

Since we had stayed here last year, we knew that this would be a great place to stay. The management treated us like we were family, especially Cliff Jennings. The help was outstanding, could not do enough for us. As usual we were in and out during the day and always found our room fully serviced when we returned.. The...

Stayed here before taking the ferry to Nantucket. Located literally one block off the happening Main Street thru town. Front desk was super friendly and quick to check us in. We were on the second floor towards the back. Room was large and had a lot of the utilities such as a fridge and keurig coffee maker. Very quiet room...
