I have stayed at heritage house hotel three times in the last several years and have always been pleased with the room and the service. Food in the restaurant is also very good. I am also a big fan of the indoor pool and hot tub.

Nothing fancy, but it was clean and well maintained. Had to carry bags up and down stairs. No elevator to second floor. Friendly staff. Stayed only 2 nights and had no problems. Locations is fine as well.

This hotel in Hyannis ( called the capital of Cape Cod) is located on Main Street within easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping as well is the islands ( Nantucket, Marta's Vineyard) ferries. The rooms are of good size, the beds are comfortable although the amenities ( bathrooms) are pretty dated and could use some renovation....

Faded grandure, badly in need of a makeover. Rooms were not terribly clean, carpets not vacuumed well. Evidence of previous guests stay still in the room. Not worthy of 3 star status. Lots of other hotels nearby to choose from

I wanted to know what the difference in the rooms are from either Standard Room vs Double Run of House Room. Does anyone know? We had a king executive room last year which was very nice and spacious. Great location - can walk to anything on Main Street in Hyannis which is a plus for visitors that don't want to...

I liked it here very much the breakfast buffet is lovely. huge selection. Large indoor pool. Clean room. Location is fantastic. The outdoor pool is lovely. The beds were comfortable, not the top of the line but good enough. I liked it overall. We had a terrace which was nice. Not totally modern but it is nice clean place to...

Visited Hyannis for a weekend wedding. Hotel location was great as we were able to walk to dinner, shopping and the marina. Our room was large and on the first floor. Cleanliness of the room was fantastic but the bathroom tub was moldy and could use an update. Would have liked to use the patio but the sliding door was...

I was at Heritage House for a long weekend with a golf league. It was a perfect situation for that sort of thing. The location is great. You are right on Main Street in Hyannis, walking distance to restaurants, pubs and such. The Hotel itself is on the dated side of age. The rooms were generally clean but would need...

I spent 4 nights at the Heritage House. I had room 523. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was old and the tub bed was discolored, probably due to age. Linen and towels were clean. The hotel provided toiletries. This hotel provides free parking. The cost is reasonable. The primary selling point is: location, location, location....

This hotel is in a great location with many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The pool area looked nice but we were so busy that we never had an opportunity to swim. However we did have a few issues during our 4 night stay. The bathroom was "icky". The drain plug on the tub didn't function anymore so...
