Traded 2 bedroom red week in one of Orlando's top 5 resorts for a tiny studio here. Told the lady at the desk on Sunday that the ventilation in the bathroom doesn't work and the rain is coming through the gutters flooding the patio. She said it will be a nicer day tomorrow and the blower on the roof turns...

The entire place has recently remodeled and is very clean. The check in is fast and efficient. The staff is friendly and willing to help and answer questions. My only complaint was there is a potential for adjoining rooms. Our luck turned out we had 2 little kids in the room next to ours the sound travelled when they cried...

Location The hotel is located a block from the homeless shelter. When inquired at front desk safety of area was told they were in a safe area. This was exactly the opposite of what local residences and shop owners told me. They stressed the area was not safe and their shops and automobiles were broken into frequently. They had the...

I stayed here with my family in June of 2014. We traded our timeshare in Orlando, Florida to come here. We weren't very happy with the hotel, but there were a few highlights. If you want to be on Main Street, Hyannis, you've come to the right place. The rooms have also been recently updated so they are very modern...

Here for a week in April. First thing we were surprised to see on the streets of Hyannis were multiple groups of loud seedy looking people, maybe off season but definitely not what we expected. Resort is in the process of renovating and upgrades are nice. Kitchen fully equipped but we never used it. Brand new bathroom, rugs, furniture all...

Thank you for your kind words concerning the Courtyard Resort and it's new renovations. In regards to the loud people on the street in this early part of the season; the Community is more than aware of this issue and is taking measures to move the groups that seem to be loitering. I think situations like this occur in most...

We've been coming here to use a few days of my in-laws' timeshare for several years now and we've always had a very pleasant experience. The room is always clean and comfortable, with fully stocked kitchenette and bathroom. The property is well maintained and the staff is courteous and helpful. It's located on the main street in Hyannis, just a...

We stayed in the little A frame place next to the main building. No steps to get in and parking right in front. It was nice to have two bathrooms. The couch had the typical hide-a-bed problem with a bar in your back. The upstairs bedroom had a better mattress, was quite large and had a little deck, too. We...

Thank you very much for your words and glad you enjoyed your stay. We still have a tiny bit more to do over at the "A" frame but hope you return to see the final project. Tony L pres BOT

This place is not corporate, it's cozy and more intimate than your typical resort. The amenities are there, as are the ever growing updates. Sadly, I am unable to keep this timeshare (flex time, blue weeks, renovated room). If interested, I will gladly pass deed to you at no charge. Please contact me at cc72704@yahoo.com for further details.

We exchanged for this resort - wrong move. Requested 1st floor, got a third floor and no elevator. The sea gulls wake you at 5 a.m. and are at it all day. They land on the roof, are very loud and makes you feel they are in your room. We had a studio with a Murphy bed which was a...

I believe all exchanges are according to what is available in the data base, what people have deposited is what it is?? we have no control over what units are available. For some reason Hyannis has had a sea gull problem this year, it seams they left the docks and came into the area but I believe this has been...
