John the owner was very gracious in greeting and informing guests of local history. Rooms were typical New England charm and comfortable. We decided to take-off from Boston and do some local exploring, and decided on booking the Harbor View Inn.

There's a couple of spots to park on the property but they are filled up quickly if there's other guests staying there. We ended up parking on the street across from the B&B which wasn't too bad. There is plenty of street parking and you won't get a ticket but getting a good close spot is the hard part. Also there is no fee for parking on either the property or the street
