We stayed here for business and the rooms were great! The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. We were on the ground floor with parking spaces right next to our window and never heard anything from the parking lot, even when a big truck parked right outside of our window. We couldn't hear anything coming from the hallways...

The recent cosmetic updates in the rooms and common areas were very nice. We were able to check in a little early. Hotel smelled fresh and clean. There are still some old features in the room, especially the bathroom door and shower area. My biggest complaint is the walls seemed to be paper thin between rooms. I could hear the...

Stayed for 2 weeks on a work trip. Hotel is older but well kept. Bed was comfortable and room was a good size. There is a pool and hot tub but I did not use these facilities. I did use the treadmills in the gym and they were good but the breaker tripped when 2 people were trying to use...

This is probably one of the best options in the Wachusset area. We stayed here because the location was close to Wachusset Ski Mountain. The ambiance is dated but the staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel does not allow outside alcoholic beverages, so if you are celebrating, you will need to buy the champagne from the hotel. Overall we...

Room was very clean; the room heater air vents are not directional and blow directly on the bed and not being used to the fan noise kept me awake. I did however place a chair with a pillow in front of the heater to block the direct flow of air which helped immensely. There is a dead bolt door that...

Staying for a couple of nights. Had a very good night last night. Check-in was excellent. Rooms are fine. Found the best rate was booking with hotel and either use AAA or AARP. Monday through Thursday you get a basic breakfast buffet. This hotel is often used for weddings and other social events. Close to many things in the area....

We stay at this hotel once or twice a year when we visit family in the area. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always comfortable and clean. The included breakfast buffet does not have a wide selection of items, but it has the basics (eggs, bacon, cereal) and they are hot and tasty. Compared to some of...

We went to my son's house for Christmas and stayed here for the night. Super great service. My youngest son is still raving about how good the cheeseburger and fries were. The front desk clerk was extremely nice. Plus the hotel was decorated so nicely.

Hotel rooms - certainly clean, but not well laid out. No place to put towels or hangs things in the bathrooms. Placing the hair dryer right above the sink seemed rather illogical. Must say the rooms were well equipped with plugs - no small thing when you arrive with various pieces to plugin. Bar - Seemed rather limited in its...

My reservation was for Friday, September 30th, and we called at about 6 PM on Wednesday, September 28th to cancel this reservation, but was told by the front desk we were within the 48 hour cancellation window and would be billed for the reservation even if I cancel. I only "missed" the 48 hour window by less than a few...
