We just needed a place to stay coming from Niagara Falls and flying out of Boston's Logan Airport at 7am in the morning. We left very early so didn't experience the breakfast. The front desk person was very nice and helpful and the room was clean. We had no problem finding the hotel using MapQuest on our phone.

What an amazingly bad hotel. Bus everywhere! My room (rm 235) even had bug traps in the room! The outside sign doesn't light up so IMPOSSIBLE to find at night. My phone did not work in my room so when the trashy people that were fighting in the hallway at 4am woke me up, I had to use my cell...

Poor Choice Hard to find - We set the address in our GPS. We drove past the hotel twice. There was no visible lighted sign nor printed sign that we could see. We looked at the buildings in the area, and circled around one likely building for a hotel. At one dimly lit corner, we noticed a doorway. I asked...

This was formerly a Best Western Hotel and one of the buildings makes it quite obvious while the others look like it was a Mom and Pop motel at one time. The indoor pool is under reconstruction and the carpeting needs replacing in some hallways. The exterior entrance locks need work as about half of the keycards don't seem to...

Honestly, we were very apprehensive about a hotel in the greater Boston area renting at a value price. Frankly, we were pleasantly surprised. The check-in went smoothly, as did the checkout. The Magnuson Hotel Framingham is very convenient, and easy to get to. We were in the far back of the multi-story building, easy access to the large parking lot...

I booked this room for one evening because my children and I were headed to Salem, Mass. We decided to book here for one night due to its proximity to The American Girl store that I wanted to take my daughter to. We paid a pretty high price, but considering the area and the comps I found I took my...

We are always looking to save money when traveling but this hotel not worth the savings. Badly needs to be updated. The carpets are worn and the beds are hard and old feeling. I did not feel safe there because most of the outside doors seemed to be broken. We left the hotel without staying. I would encourage you to...

There are two sections to this hotel. A six story and a two story. Ask to stay in the two story. It is newer and "more connected". We had constant trouble with our room keys working which also meant having to drive to the check in three times over two days, in the rain, to get the keys reprogrammed. You...

Dear dogmay, I am sorry to read that you had issues with your guest room keys. Please know I will look into this. The elevators have recently been inspected with the recent sale of the hotel and we are awaiting the new certifications to be mailed. I am glad to read you enjoyed the location of the hotel and all...

First the positives, it had a roof and doors that locked.... Now the negatives, when we went into out first room assignment the beds were stripped and all the furniture was laid upon them. The odor in the room was offensive....a strange combination of mildew and stale cigarets. In our second room the smell was only slightly better. The carpeting...

Peggy at the desk was very helpful. Even sat at the computer with us to map things out. Recommend places to eat and things to see. The room was nice. It was very clean. The only concern was there is no vent in the bathroom so when you shower it gets pretty steamy. Other than that very thing was great....
