LOCATION Find us on scenic Route 6A, nestled among incredible restaurants, eclectic galleries & shops, a heavenly harbor and five[!] breathtaking Bay beaches, where the water’s warm, the surf’s gentle and the tides go out forever. Charter a fishing boat out of Sesuit Harbor, hop on a sunset music cruise, or catch a Broadway show at the Cape Playhouse. The best kid-magnet ev-ah, the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, is also nearby. Since we’re in the mid-Cape, exploring the area is super easy: from whale watching in Provincetown to biking along the Canal. ACCOMMODATIONS Whether you choose a classic room in the c. 1735 Main House, a sunny efficiency or a roomy suite, your accommodations will be super comfortable, nicely outfitted and squeaky clean. Promise. Float in the sun-drenched pool, sign up for Yoga, fire up the grill, nap in the shade or borrow the bikes. In-season, enjoy a hearty continental breakfast (with Jim’s famous cinnamon crumb cake!)

Nice Mom & Pop country inn. Reminds me of staying in the shore bungalows years ago, clean, small but nice kitchen. Proprietors were very gracious. Location perfect if biking the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Several very good restaurants are close by.

what is included with breakfast?
There was a variety of fresh fruit, delicious home made pastries, breads for toast, hard boiled eggs, plus coffee tea and juice. It was off season when we were there, do not know if the breakfast is different during summer season.
