Poor cleaning..still had some woman's brush on the counter in our room. Rooms need painted as well. Bathroom was fair. Carpets in rooms are very old and show alot of wear and use. No breakfast for a mariott?
Location is great. Rooms were great. Best part of stay was Carla who was very helpful in getting our room moved and making sure the remainder of our stay was great! We had some loud neighbors next to and across hall from us. She made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be back.
Me and my wife booked 2 nights in this hotel last weekend, it was our 1st time in Boston 3 hrs drive from NYC. We completely understand that in this middle of pandemic everyone has to make some adjustments. Gyms, restaurants, and pools are closed. When we enter the room it was a dicent size for the price of $79.00. 1 king bed and a couch. A couch that looks like someone puke or sh’t on it! And it’s dusty as f’! It was so dissapointing! That was not an excuse! You should get on top of your cleaning department! Thats the only thing you can provide us atleast! I didn’t even bother to complain because we’re only staying for 2 nights and most of the time we’re out. I should have taken a photo of it but I didn’t because I work in the same industry which I understood the lapses during this time. But providing us a dirty room is way too much! It’s a hotel. 100% of cleanliness is expected! My wife told me to wear some slippers because the carpet is itchy! I wasn’t listening, so the last day we woke up 5 am to avoid some traffic, I found my socks in the carpet probably it fell in my bag. On our way home I feel so itchy on my right foot. And it happens all day long until I noticed my foot was inflated already. Something bit me! I went to the doctors on the next day to get it checked and yes it was an insect bite!!! So horrifying!!! There’s no way for us to come back in that particular hotel! So you better be careful and make sure the room is well cleaned!!! P.S. it was room 355!!!…
I stayed several times at Marriott Burlington during my business trips to Wilmington. The staff was friendly and lounge had the standard breakfast and evening spread. Other than facing power outage on one morning (my first such experience in the US), no complaints
Very happy with the entire experience. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We used the Marriott Shuttle for several local trips, it was very convenient. This Marriott was close to the mall, shopping and dining. We would stay here again next time we are in the area.
