Facility cleanliness was great. Staff super supportive and quick to respond. Had one maintenance issue and responded in minutes. Proximity to Burlington's mall and grocery store phenomenal. Prices were also adequate.
My family of 4 visited Burlington in December. It was great to find a hotel that had 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms as well as a living room and kitchenette. All for the same price as other hotels with just 2 beds. The rooms were clean and comfy, and withe 3 TV's, everyone could watch what they wanted. The complimentary breakfast buffet was basic, but provided enough choice to satisfy everyone. The staff was friendly, and I'd definitely stay here again.
Our first perfect experience awaited us with the front desk staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Then we got to our room which was clean and safe, and felt like home away from home. We requested to extend our stay which was seamless. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend.
Wonderful staff. Always professional and courteous, and they even acknowledge me by name!! Housekeeping staff is always friendly and pleasant. Facility is clean and very well maintained. Beds are comfortable.
The good: 1. The two bedroom suites enough for 8 people but optimum for 6. Very good value for the money. Rooms are big and each has its own restroom. Pretty nice. 2. The basket ball court and grills are great. We used the grills to barbecue our dinner. Pretty big grills. One new and one old. 3. The hotel is about 30 minutes from all attractions so great location to go every where. 4. Parking easy and free 5. Near by grocery (Traders Joe and others). Near by food. If you drive 20-30 minutes you can reach everything else. All cuisines and all grocery. 6. TV in each room and in the living room. 7. Beds are nice and give you good sleep. 8. Kitchen is good and has things you need to prepare your meal. 9. The lady who did house keeping is clean and good. The not good (may be related to room 240): 1. Very unhappy and unwelcoming people. Not only in the reception or while talking to clients but actually beyond that. My daughter goes down to get the grab and go breakfast to all of us and the lady questions her. She starts asking about the number of people in the room and she says each one should come down to pick his own breakfast.....I have been traveling for years ... internationally and across the country .... this is a level of ugliness that is unprecedented...we didn’t pick breakfast next day and until we left. I go down and ask about coffee and the lady tells me I can give it to you for one dollar.... come on I pay more than 700 dollars and you are negotiating a cup of coffee that I missed during breakfast??? I was actually holding my own cup ... it was just filling it. Many times you walk into gas station and they give you coffee for free ... come on ... terrible people. I don’t mind paying the money but not like that and not this way. 2. The carpet is ugly. See pictures. We used one of the bed sheets to walk on it. This is how dirty it is. I can’t believe they couldn’t clean or simply replace this very small carpet in the living room. 3. The main room toilet was leaking water and annoying in cleaning the waste or trying to sleep. I had to figure out how to fix it and did that myself. 4. Some kitchen utensils were so bad and rusty that I can’t believe house keeping didn’t find out or see this. Ugly just ugly. They can just go to Walmart pay couple dollars to put something humane. 5. No daily house keeping. People go to hotels to enjoy that. This is more of COVID issue I believe. 6. The induction stove is not good in this room. 7. Tears in seats, older seats, uncomfortable couch, blotches on the wall in the restroom... in summary older hotel. I would have given this 4 rating if the people were better and could have accepted everything else. I don’t believe the owner agrees to any of that. Not good people working for you will bring your business down ... people make all the difference …
