Clean, comfortable, affordable and accomodating. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. For some reason the ATM machine on site couldn't read my card, and I needed cash to do laundry. Rather than having to leave late at night and find another ATM, the gentleman at the front desk simply went out back and gave me more than enough quarters, from what I'd assume was a petty cash box, to get my laundry washed and dried. I asked him to please charge the dollar amount to my room, but he said it was absolutely unnecessary, and he was glad to help. That made my life so much easier than I can say. (I made sure to get cash from another ATM early the next morning so I could tip the housekeeping staff)
The staff was so helpful and accommodating. You also can't go wrong with breakfast and lemon water in the lobby. We are also fans of the pillows and comforters, so comfortable. I love the Neutrogena amenities.
The staff at this hotel were out of this world, so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and very clean but could use an update/refresh soon. Decent breakfast buffet. I would stay there again if in the area.
The room had a cracked sink, and there was old candy on the floor. Even though this area is not a city, we were charged $10/night to park! The check-in person was rather "Snooty", although our check-out person was excellent. The hamburgers in the restaurant were very tasty, and the bar tender was very friendly and helpful.
We stayed here as my wife had surgery the next day at the Lahey Hospital. I did expect some quality with the Hilton name but the hotel is stark, dated, just really basic everything but clean. At 5:30 AM, the knocking in the ceiling and thin walls started as either pipes or vents slowly expanded. The knocking became maddening. I expected more, especially for the prices. Don't drink any of the bottled water in the room as you will be billed.
