Great location, convenient off highway. Staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast was well done and there is a 24 hr coffee and tea service. Nice pool and hot tub. Fitness room has several cardio machine, weights and another comprehensive weight machine. good stay

This is my second stay in this hotel and I highly recommend it to those who are visiting Boston. The staff was welcoming, and they have a complimentary breakfast which was good. nice variety. coffee, tea are offered 24 hours a day. I liked that. Hilton is pushing the mobile check in, I was not asked for a credit card at check in, then a week after my stay I find out that they charged the wrong credit card. This hotel was great when I had to call and report really loud neighbors partying at midnight on a Monday night. Robert, the hotel manager, Liliana and Margret were awesome to deal with. I would stay here again.

Upon arrival, the staff was friendly. The lobby and elevator smelled of cigarettes though. The room was clean and granted some decent space. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet kept running at night. Shower water pressure was decent and pretty hot. The breakfast bar was not too well stocked, but it tasted pretty good.

We have come to expect the very best from Hampton Inns in the past. This was definitely not their usual quality of hotel.
