Stayed here for 25 nights and for the most part it was okay. However, bring your own towels as most of what they put in the rooms are going to have stains. Also, be prepared to deal with guests smoking illegal substances outside the front doors on a regular basis. Doesn't stop there either. On several nights/early mornings, a car alarm kept going off for hours. Can only assume the car belongs to a hotel staffer as it never moved from the parking spot. Other issues cane up and when you call the front desk, the call is transferred because nobody is manning the front counter. So you get what you paid for and in this case, be warned...spend the extra $10 a night and find a more reputable hotel
Do NOT stay here!! We booked our reservation a week in advance and called the hotel 3 TIMES the day of our stay to confirm our arrival. When we showed up, our room was given to other people, who were not even in the system, so NOBODY knows how they got in there! The hotel wouldn’t kick them out, and then tried to give us a room that someone had clearly been LIVING IN!! Laundry everywhere, food all over the place, a charger plugged in, etc. We waited 2 hours before being forced to drive back home at 1:30 in the morning. Oh, and I forgot to mention that we live 6 HOURS AWAY! I wish I could give this hotel a ZERO star rating for the way we were treated. I honestly could go on and on about this horrid experience. Just appalling.
This hotel rejected us despite having a reservation. Upon our arrival, the manager at the front desk was scrambling because they had an "unregistered" and "unknown" guest in the room they had ready for us. We were forced to wait 2 hours before she told us that the hotel was unable to accommodate us. The irony is that I called the property 3 times throughout the day, the last call being 30 minutes before my arrival, and spoke to 2 different front desk attendants-- who both assured me that my room was ready despite me checking-in late. We ended up leaving the property at 2AM to head back home much earlier than desired... which was 6.5 hours away.
I made my reservation through Trip Advisor and received 2 emails confirmation, one from Trip Advisor and one from the hotel. When I arrived after a long flight at 1am, the manager informed me that there was a mistake and that they did not have any room available. After I insisted, he agreed to give me someone else room that did not show up yet. Rooms are super outdated, there is a weird swimming pool in the middle of the hotel. Before leaving the hotel I asked the front desk for a receipt. Since the manager was at the front desk and I was the first in line, I ordered my Uber, thinking that it should not take more than 5 minutes. Just when I was about to ask for the receipt, the front desk manager left saying, "I need to do something". 5 min later he was still gone and my Uber was in time. I had to jump in the Uber to arrive in time at my meeting so left a note asking to send my receipt by email. I never got it. I sent 2 more emails without any response.…
Very good place. Rooms were good. We had 3 rooms, and they were clean. Layout of the hotel was good. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool indoor clean. Parking good. Location good, great service.safe area.
