Not a very effective housekeeping staff, hallways were dirty and uncleaned for the duration of my stay The Restaurant and Lounge need to be separate, as the PA music is loud and bar crowd and entertainment even louder. The food is good and portions are large.

Terrible management that is 100% unwilling to help customers. I booked room for my sister through trip advisor that was supposed to be 1 room for 3 people with 2 queen beds. The information was correct in trip advisors system, my confirmation was correct and the info was correct in Best Western central reservations (because they were also called); however...

Upon arrival we were assisted by an employee that seemed confused (later found out it was his 2nd day but he was alone checking in clients). This same employee told us breakfast ended at 10 and it ended at 9. He also could not tell us our total and said that it would only print out when we checked out....

There is so much that I could say about my stay. Whwn you look at the website you think that this is a nice, comfortable, quiet hotel. 1. This hotel boards the homeless (nice thing to do). Would be nice for customers to kniw this in advance. I would have chosen a different hotel. There are children running around everywhere....

great, we had a great time and the ball game was great for me not my wife, the room and service was great, I would recomend to any one to stay at this best western. It was a little hard to get to but if you have a GPS no sweat.

Hotel lobby really impressive and very clean. Hotel staff outstanding support. Room better than other Best Western's I have stayed in. Morning breakfast OUTSTANDING! This hotel is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. My room was nice and the bed very comfortable. The only bad thing is that the hotel Restaurant was very very loud and packed. Had to drive to another restaurant so I could eat.

The staff is really nice and helpful, the breakfast is good, the room is fine. Pool access is weird 3-9 Friday-Monday and Wednesday, no hot tub. It is close to expressway and the Largo Town Center, lots of restaurants.

Lots of permanent residents, wasn't expecting that at this hotel. Service at restaurant was poor and that was one of the reasons I decided to stay there. Maids did not service room until about 5:30pm a couple of days, one day they used a very strong cleaner in my room that hung in the air for several hours
