My husband and I visited the Washington DC area every summer and decided to stay the Quality Inn hotel because of the price and close location to DC. We were pleasently surprise to find a clean room with everything working and great breakfast. The staff were friendly and very helpful with direction and advise us to take the train instead...

From the reviews I had read, I was expecting the worst.. Our plan was to check it out and if we did not like it we would move to another hotel the following night... We were pleasantly surprised with the room.. Very Clean, bed was very comfortable. Fridge, microwave and coffee machine made it even that more enjoyable.. Breakfast was...

Although it does appear they are trying to renovate some of the rooms, the one we stayed in was really falling apart. I will say sheets were clean, pillows soft, so a good night's rest was attainable. It was quiet too which also helped. The BEST part of this hotel was the Breakfast offered. Great choices, very clean, fresh and...

We had a used condom in our room when we arrived. The staff is incompetent, and managers were not around for four days as we tried to complain about this - the only thing they managed was to avoid our complaints after a week. It was the most disgusting experience I have ever had. Still no one has returned my...

We chose this hotel online based on the price and location; our main destination was DC. Big mistake. What we should have done is forked out some more money and stayed in town (DC). The hotel is delapitated, dirty, located in a bad part of town. The rooms smell bad (we had 3 rooms) they were dirty, the towels had...

The room was a bit cramped - twins are the same price as singles, and presumably the same size too, as the table took up most of the space between one bed and the wall. In terms of cleanliness, it was a bit mixed - the floor seemed clean, but although I'm sure they were laundered, some sheets, towels and...

This hotel is cheaper than staying in downtown Washington DC. However, the grounds are filthy. There is trash everywhere and the planters had some type of mold in them that was really quite disgusting. The sidewalks and stairwells are in dire need of a scrub wash. The room was fairly clean, however. We booked our room for "X" price but...

I stayed at this hotel during the inauguration, and I must say I was impressed with the hospitality and cleanliness I experienced. This is a nice, clean, affordable hotel in the D.C. area.

“Stay on the bottom floor for best access to your car. Don't be late to the continential breakfast or you will definitely miss out. Shop the website for best price. Stay in Quality Inn versus Econolodge of these two hotels. Not walking distance to the metro subway. Add 30 minutes for public transportation/cab to the metro each way. Better to catch the metro and park if site seeing in DC.”
