The location is on route 1 in Laurel. Rates vary as with any hotel I guess based on season, events and so on. Cleanliness- I do think maid service needs to be more on point because I had chips on the floor under the little cover thing they put over the mattress. I always lift up blankets and check under...

Bad experience final hours of my stay. This was my 2nd stay at the Fairfield Marriott/Laurel MD and I will never return no matter how convenient in proximity to my family members in MD. I visitefor the area for Thanksgiving holiday and to have a memorial service for my mom who recently passed with her family. Needless to say on...

Quiet, clean and contemporary rooms. There was a fridge but no microwave. Great breakfast with a bit of variety each day. Seafood/deli next door and a large plaza with more restaurants a block away. About 15min drive to the nearest Metro stops, which would be an endpoint in the lines going to DC. Staff and other guests were friendly and...

Pros: public areas and rooms were very clean, staff was pleasant, bed was certainly comfortable. On the negative side, I would avoid staying in first floor rooms anywhere near the breakfast bar. In the morning there was a good amount of noise. There was also an overpowering odor from the food. I'd stay again, just not on the first floor.

Stayed here as a stop over for one night and no complaints. We arrived at about 9pm and the front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. Room, 2 queens, was spacious and very clean. Nothing extra but the basics were there. Only complaint was that blanket / quilt on the beds were extremely thin. We called and they provided extra...

Had a last minute trip this week to Silver Spring and selected this hotel as it was a much better value. Comparable ones in Silver Spring were 2x more expensive. It was only a 15 minute drive to Silver Spring - well worth it to save $100 per night. Clean, quiet, and the front desk people were courteous and friendly....

It's a small cozy hotel! The breakfast was great! The service was amazing! Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. There's a lot of places to eat in the area. The general manager Carol was a superior manager, she served as an excellent concierge. She walked me through how to use the metro and made sure we knew the do's and...

Standard room works great for business travelers. Breakfast ok, convenience to restaurants, and accessibility from I95 and I200. Can usually get a rate between $100 and $125 per night. Refrigeration in rooms very helpful as well.

When traveling to DC, we like to stay in a less expensive suburban hotel and take the Metro in to do our tourist thing. We've stayed before in less agreeable hotels in College Park and Silver Spring. After a good bit of digging, we found this hotel a little further out in Laurel, based on the least amount of unfavorable...

We really loved how convenient this hotel was to Baltimore and DC. We were easily able to visit both cities during our weekend stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the rate we found online was excellent. The variety at breakfast was GREAT. Our only issue was that the air conditioning did not seem to be cool...
