This is not a great place to stay - and not a good value. I would advise you to avoid it. The room is sub-standard. Friends had to stay here and would not reccommend it. The managament is not particularly helpful.

I was down here for an event in Rock Hall, every place between Chestertown and RH was booked except here, camping 3 miles south of RH, and the HIE in Chestertown that wanted $200/night. This was $70. I would have paid extra to be elsewhere. When we arrived, check in took forever. I waited behind a couple for 15 minutes,...

Believe me I would have rather pay $200 more if I knew how horrible this place was. First it took the front guy about 30 minutes to check us in. The room was dusty and disgusting. We went to firefly the first day and then couldn't get into our room then after going back to the front they THEN let...

Me and a friend were in town to compete in a triathlon, so booked a room in advance to try and get some much needed sleep the night before the big race. We were driving in from out of town so were going to get in late, my buddy called to let them know. I showed up around 10:45p, the...

We made reservations here because everything else nearby was booked. Arrived to find no one at the front desk and it took 5 minutes of yelling out for someone before a clerk came out. He couldn't find our reservation. But since he barely spoke English, we doubted he understood the spelling. Another man came finally came. He was extremely rude...

I should have known, when we saw no cars in the parking lot. It looked like an abandoned property. The lobby smelled of urine, the rooms were dirty with unclean linen, dirty windows, no air conditioning. Need I say, I did not stay there. Quality/Holiday is right down the road. You get what you pay for!!

I'm not picky about hotels. I have no problems staying in dive hotels as long as they're clean. I don't care how old the furniture is or if the carpet is old as long as it's clean. This place was beyond disgusting. It smelled like years of stale cigarettes and mold, and it was filthy. You felt like you needed...

lost reservation, rude front desk manager who checked us in, was locked out at 2 am and not refunded after having to spend the night elsewhere, was yelled at and called names owner/manager after expressing dissatisfaction and the need of a refund, felt extremely unsafe.

Omg! I can't write much because we checked out as soon as we checked in basically. Me and my family has been on the road from Ga and needed a place and all the other places around Chestertown were booked up. We got our room key and as soon as we stepped in we stepped right back out. It smelt...

Sleep in your car if you have to, at least you know what's been there. I would have except that I was on a motorcycle. Stayed one night in May because everywhere else was booked. Given the rate I did not expect much but the place was filthy inside and out. Sheets seemed to be clean (I hope!) but the...
