Stayed here for four nights while on a business trip. We found the hotel staff to be excellent. Our check in was super quick - we arrived from the airport at noon and were shown right to our room. The I.T. staff were excellent to help me when I had computer problems during a presentation. The location of the hotel...

I paid 225 dollars a night for this hotel, and they still charged me 4 dollars for a bottle of water. The breakfast was not included either, came to almost 15 dollars, and was not better than the free breakfast is any motel I stayed. Just your standard heat it up in the microwave stuff, plus some old fruit salad....

The first thing to say is that if you have been booked in here for business travel, it's adequate. Rooms are off a spacious atrium - no long corridors - and have comfortable beds and a desk. Wifi works well. With the air-con turned off and if water is not running in the next door bathroom, rooms are quiet. Although...

Friendly people, plans in place for a makeover, would stay again. I would like to thank Hakim, the hotel bartender for his friendly demeanor and prompt service each evening during my stay. Nice restaurants, great food, and newly updated conference rooms.

Friendly staff from front door to check in to the bar. In particular Hakim at the lobby bar will take great care of you. Fast friendly service with a smile is rare these days but he hasnt lost the art. Everyone I dealt with was eager to please and made me feel comfortable.

I think this hotel is a bit overpriced for its amenities, but it's decent. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room. There's a $4 bottle of warm water (Luckily, the $30 bus I took from NYC gave me a free bottle of water. I guess the Hyatt just doesn't have the money that BestBus does? Hmm...). Also, there...

Usually Hyatt Regency properties wow or at least try to wow with interesting design details. Maybe an ultra modern bathroom or floor to ceiling windows or whatever. This one, not so much. This Hyatt feels (to me) exactly like every Embassy Suites I've ever been in. That means it has an atrium (which is also a Hyatt signature element) and...

I visited this hotel for business in February. After checking out, I saw an extra charge on my credit card that should not have been there.
