We chose the Snow Squall B & B for its location, before we realized that it was owned by such accommodating and welcoming innkeepers. Their recommendations for meals and sightseeing locations were on target with our interests. Breakfast was prompt and beautifully presented. Dietary restrictions were taken into consideration each day. Paul and Melanie certainly added to making our first...

We stayed at this B&B for 2 nights, on a 3,5 trip through New England. ( september 2013 ) The owner Paul and his wife are very friendly and accommodating. Paul is a great and spontaneous host, treats you like a friend, and cooks great breakfasts. We liked his stories, and his ideas to visit the surrounding area. We simply...

Booked just for 1 night and treated like a king and queen in a 5 stars hotel. We had a comfy bed and a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. A real cosy sitting area is at the disposal of the guests with plenty of interesting books and guides of Maine. The pancakes with the blue berries, raspberries and strawberries,...

A great inn. Clean, comfortable and traditional. We will most definitely return. Great location. The Inn is taken care of, and we felt welcomed. Quite inviting... Melanie also offers yoga classes (for the community) and is a great massage therapist. You should GO!! highly recommended. Oh, and of course GREAT BREAKFAST to get your day started.

We really enjoyed our three day stay at this Inn run by Paul and Melanie - it was all good - no negatives. Maine is a wonderful State and we will certainly be visiting the area again. This Inn is in a great location - an easy walk into the wonderful little town of Wiscasset.

We stayed here while on a road trip through VT, NH and Maine. Of the 3 B&B's we stayed at during this time, this one was the "whole package" of friendly hosts, beautiful Inn and chef-made breakfasts. Paul and Melanie were such welcoming innkeepers. They made you feel like you were special from the minute they helped you carry your...

Very lovely place. It has lots of character, hosts are very charming and breakfast is great. Perfect location if you are on your way to/from Acadia region and further. Don't worry about how busy the road it's on. We had a room facing this road and it was very quiet at night.

The inn was clean and comfortable, we stayed in the Queen Herald room, Paul/Melanie were very friendly. We were out in Portland which required us to check in late to the inn, we let them know well in advance and they were friendly and greeted us when we arrived at our car at 10:15. Paul helped us carry our bags...
