I have rented a cottage in this complex for a couple years. Quiet, serene, feels like home. The trolley comes right by your house and picks you up for the pool or to catch the trolley in to Ogunquit. 3 pools and great neighbors. Close to town. You can't go wrong in Summer Village.

Stayed here for Lavor day weekend and loved the location and amenities of this resort. We rented directly through the management which was easy and more reasonable that renting through a service. Our cottage 132 was very well equipped with a full kitchen and 2 queen bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the cottage set up. It...

I have been coming to Maine since I'm a little girl. We always went to Ogunquit. Once I started a family of my own, I wanted to continue the tradition of coming to Maine every summer with my own kids. For the past several years, we have rented either a house or a condo in Ogunquit. My sister discovered Summer...

We had the pleasure of staying at the Firn Cottage # 223 several times in the past few years, ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! Well appointed furnishings, kitchen has ever kitchen gadget you could possibly need. The location is great too just a short walk to all the pools. The furnishing are very tasteful. If your looking for a super clean well decorated...

My 3 girlfriends and I rented a cottage last fall. The resort is meticulous, and the cottage had all the supplies we needed, even a lobster pot to cook our lobsters in! The resorts trolley made it easy to get to the pools from our cottage, and the main building,The Barn, where the fitness center is located. The resort staff...

This site is huge, one mile long, and has hundreds of cottages. The cottages all look the same and are fairly close together. Not walking distance to any beach or town, need to drive everywhere. The fact one has to drive to get anywhere can be an issue as traffic to town can be a problem during high season as...

From arrival the whole experience is one of calm, relaxed, enjoyable, friendly and helpful service. We have been in 3 different cottages and they have all been exceptionally well set up and have everything you could need. Well decorated, homely yet modern. The facilities are excellent, well maintained and never too busy. Pools, hot tub, tennis, basketball, football, etc all...

We HAVE to admit that we're owners, but it's the most peaceful (YES, even "IN SEASON" it's quiet!) place to stay. We've met so many wonderful people renting here and everyone is surprised how much is here to enjoy. Three pools (one is for adults only) and a playground and a trolly to get around and a pavilion with gas...

My husband and I usually stay in Ogunquit at home rentals near Ogunquit beach in the summer. This time we decided to stay at Summer Village. Surprisingly we loved it. Mind you, I went on to their website and checked the pictures of every cottage and chose cottage #425. It was really clean and decorated very nice. It was a...

Summer village is a very nice family oriented Condo association. There is a good mix of renters and owners. There are 3 pools, 1 adult and 2 family. The grounds are meticulous and the condos make you feel like you are home vs at a hotel room. Very spacious for 2 bedrooms. There are play grounds, and ball fields, volleyball...
