This an older campground were the cost per night was around $51.00 per night including 9% tax. This was for w/s/e/c. Site was tight for our 30 ft 5th on both the width and length. The cable had 47 channels. This was almost 1/2 the cost for a night at the sea-view west campground which is less then one mile... More

Gregroire's is a good landing point for the Wells area. It doesn't have the bells and whisles That the other have (pool and big playground) but how cares? You're there for the beaches. You can't beat the price. The grounds are well maintained, bathroom are ok. The Wifi is only at the office. Will go Again.

Becky is now the sole owner and is coming into her second season as the owner with a very dependable and dedicated staff. They are all very enthuastic, curtious, friendly as well as very helpful. The campground does have regular scheduled activities at least once a... More

I would not recommend this campground. It’s proximity with the 95 and the railway makes the place quite noisy: it’s tolerable during the day but quite unpleasant during the night. The bath room could definitely offer much more, soap and hand paper for instance (The shower cost 50¢ for 4 min...). Finally, our tent was covered by ants (which was... More

we stayed at Gregoire's while we were road tripping around the northeast US. rolled into the Wells, Maine area late at night (around 9-10pm) and didn't have any place to stay, but found a phone book and started calling around. Gregoire's was the only place (out of probably 5 or 6 I tried) to answer that late and had vacancy.... More
