This was our first experience and we were not disappointed. The Inn is very clean and comfortable. The innkeeper is available when needed and respectful of privacy. Check in/out is simple. Well stocked kitchen is a plus. Take time to enjoy the creative shade garden. Bring slippers, as guests are asked to remove their shoes upon entering the Inn.

The place was exactly what we were looking for; clean, attractive, comfortable. We stayed in the lower priced room that had a double bed and its own toilet but with a shared shower, which turned out to be another nice bathroom off the hallway. Right in the middle of town. Breakfast was continental, self serve, just right. The proprietress was...

Very clean, very cute, very quiet and newly and nicely renovated but very country. The housekeeper is good and very nice. There is lots of coffee, bagels, yogurt and fruit for breakfast. Very informal (there were keys but no reception when I first arrived). It is right in the middle of downtown and within an easy walk of wherever you...

this was our second time staying at pleasant street inn. Great location. Very clean. easy check in and check out. well stocked kitchen for breakfast. poor wifi though both times. we would stay again. off street parking. The inn itself is very quiet and in quiet residential area but you can walk into town.

This was our first trip to Waterville to visit our daughter at Colby College and we practically had the place to ourselves. We didn't see anyone until our 3rd and last morning there! It was beautiful, well kept and we enjoyed our breakfasts. Loved the CD player in the kitchen and being able to drop a few items in the...

I could not have been more pleased with my stay at the Pleasant Street Inn. Warm, cozy and immaculate. I was concerned about the shared bath (no problem - like everything else, it was immaculate, and felt like a private bath). I have allergies, and was concerned that as a B&B it might have somewhat musty pillows and mattresses -...

We stayed at the Pleasant Street Inn during a recent college visit. We were looking for an alternative to the mediocre hotels in the Waterville/Colby area. The Inn was the answer! We had a good sized room with a private bath that was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast offered fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, assorted breads and delicious...

This is a hidden gem.. the B & B is immaculately clean, we were able to put our bikes in the garage, although we never saw the owner, the amenities were very well thought out. The Breakfast, was fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, cereal, juice, coffee, yogurt. Guest had the run of the kitchen and could have cooked anything they wanted....

Wonderful little B&B. We are return visitors. The inn is in a excellent location, just a 2 minute walk into town. The rooms are comfortable, excellent value and with all the amenities you would want. WI-FI signal is good. The breakfast is very good - fruit, cereal, juice, tea, coffee, bagels, bread, muffins etc.

We stayed here for two nights and couldn't have been happier! A Welcome Packet was left on the front desk, with all the information we needed. The B&B was beautifully painted and decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need to make dinner. Breakfast was served each morning and had a nice selection of fruits, yogurts, bagels,...
