On a recent visit to North Devon my first choice of somewhere to stay is this establishment. A few miles outside of Exeter and overlooking the Exe Valley I have been staying now at Exe Valley for a few years now. Sue and Brian are a lovely couple and Sue makes sure everything is spot on and it is. I...

What can be said about this lovely B&B that isn't already written?? Sue and Brian are the perfect hosts.Myself, wife and 13yr old son stayed in Sept 2016. All questions and little requests where answered and much more! This is how I would like to run a business,if I was lucky enough to have one. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated, with...

This is the most delightful b&b. The owners are charming and have that rare skill of being friendly and giving you your space and privacy. Nothing is too much trouble and the setting is idyllic. Highly recommend for any visit to/around Exeter. Need a car!

If only we had been able to stay longer than one night! We couldn't have had a warmer welcome or a more delicious breakfast. I'd like to think that the many lovely reviews will help Brian and Sue to welcome many more guests in the coming season (though I hope your hip problem can be sorted soon, Sue!)

As you can see I have reviewed this establishment a number of times. It is my No 1 venue when visiting friends in the Exeter area. Nothing is any trouble to Sue who is the perfect host. The accommodation is first class and The Full English Breakfast is one of the best. I can only keep on recommending this Little...

As you will see I was here in December 2014 and said to Sue I will be back. Its like visiting friends now. Once again this little gem in a lovely little village a few miles outside of Exeter is the place for me. Sue once again is the perfect host and I find it hard to find any thing...

Have thought hard and long about doing a review for this establishment. Shall I tell you why. At first I was going to keep it to myself and then I thought, that's selfish tell the world that this is the B&B to stay if visiting the West Country. Situated just outside of Exeter might not suit everyone if you would...

We've never stayed in such a quirky B&B! We had our own "wing" of the house! Just lovely! Each space was small but we had a bedroom, living room, bathroom and dining area where we were brought breakfast in the morning! Lovely breakfast, and extras in the dining area - lots of tea, coffee and other hot drinks, plenty of...

The b & b is in a beautiful location down a super quiet lane in the village. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is fairly small, however because there is a second bedroom, it's no problem leaving suitcases and any other bags there. There is a little dining table already set for breakfast which Sue delivers at...
