Cute little place, just what we needed! Clean, quite and friendly staff! Rooms had everything we needed! I would stay here again! Great quality for the price. Restaurants close by! Short drive to Sugarloaf!

Stayed here recently on a trip to Sugarloaf for a few days of snowboarding. Couldn't be happier with the accommodations, location and price. The room was clean and spacious, the front desk staff was very friendly, the coffee was GREAT and I got a kick out of the wooden utensils. Couldn't recommend the Spillover Motel more.

I made a reservation for the wrong night and showed up the next night looking for my room. They were full at the motel but had a room at the inn down the road. The room was great and the other guests were friendly and helpful. Even though it was my mistake, they did not charge me for another night....

My husband and I, along with a friend and her two kids, rented rooms here so we could get up bright and early for skiing Sugarloaf the next day. We stayed in one of the larger rooms at the motel with a king size bed. The room size was good, everything was very clean with no weird smells, the bathroom...

We called in the morning for reservation that night and they were able to accomodate as we were expecting 2ft of snow. The front desk staff were so pleasant and helpful, they sold local wine and beer at good price. The room was SO clean, no complaints and the community kitchen was amazing! We had a great stay, highly recommend!!!!...

We stayed here overnight at the motel for a ski race at Sugarloaf, located about 15 minutes away. Our room was basic, but very clean and quiet. Instructions for accessing Wifi were prominently displayed. Check in and out were easy. Staff was helpful in recommending a place for dinner. For us, that was really all we needed, and we would...

Wow. I am here with a group of about a dozen. They decided to put me in the "inn" which is an old house a mile away. Yes, I checked my confirmation and see that it specifies "inn" rather than the motel. But the same price. And sharing a bathroom with 3 other rooms? You've got to be kidding! And...

Ohhhh....we've been waiting for you. :-) We didn't place you in the Inn....you reserved the Inn. We NEVER change people's reservations. Ever. We have NEVER changed anybody's reservation in the history of EVER! We didn't even know you were a group until you all checked in because you all booked differently. We are so sorry that you were confused by...

Check in was easy and the clerk was helpful in finding places to get some food in the area. The room was bright and clean and the wireless instructions were prominently displayed making the whole experience of getting settled, easy. The room was quiet and I was able to sleep well both nights. I will definitely use this motel again...

Let me start out by stating that my four star review is based generally on how nice the people here at the motel are. As far as amenities go, the place is extremely clean and very nice but dated enough that in any other place, it would struggle to get three stars. I shall explain. My room had a small...

Enjoyed my stay at the Spillover Motel in Eustis, Maine. It is an older independent motel, but very well-managed. Clean convenient, had a microwave and small fridge in the studio unit that I stayed in. Even had a romantic electric fireplace in the room. Front desk personnel was very accommodating when I told them that I would be arriving after...
