Great location on Sebago Lake. Accommodations are horrific. No AC, run down with old worn out furniture. Screen in porches with gaping holes. Screen doors that don;t close. Bring plenty of bug spray. Swimming area adjacent to boat channel. This is hazardous as one tries to cross the channel to Kayak or Canoe. $15 per day per dog. Remember there...

We had a small family reunion and this was the perfect spot. Debra was incredibly accommodating to our group. We loved being right on the lake and the atmosphere was rustic and charming. The Maine Lodge was perfect for our evening potluck gathering and viewing of our family slide show. Sitting around the outdoor fire pit topped off the evening....

We recently stayed here for our annual family reunion, and it was a perfect spot for us. Each family was able to book their own cottage or room, but the central grounds allowed us to all gather together during the day and evening. The rooms and cottages are rather dated, but this was to be expected and added to the...

Our foliage trip was planned very carefully to allow us one night in each of three towns between Vermont and Maine. We had no issues staying one night in any other place. When I spoke to the reservation agent on the phone I was very clear about staying only one night. I was not informed of a two-night minimum at...

We booked this place based on the fact that we could get a last minute pet friendly room on Lake Sebago. What they failed to mention is that they do not allow you to leave your pet unattended in the room. As most pet owners are aware - you cannot bring your pet with you to dinner or to the...

We stayed in the lodge and found it to be clean but dated. It was sort of like going back to the 1950"s. A basic continental breakfast was provided (cereal in styrofoam bowls, etc). The cottages looked like they might be kind of nice, though very close together. There are 2 canoes and 2 sit-on-top kayaks for guests to use....

Boy, let me tell you...finding affordable lodging in this area of the country is a challenge in the summertime even if you start your search months in advance! We actually stumbled upon the Sebago Lake Lodge quite by accident while looking online. We figured that there must be something wrong with it if we hadn't seen it after dozens of...

We enjoyed our stay at the Lodge very much. Debra, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming, and the views from the cottages are truly beautiful. Exploring the lake in the free canoes and kayaks was great fun. The cottages themselves have everything you need for a pleasurable stay.

Very, very pleased with our stay in the Guest House at Sebago Lake Lodge. Beautiful, peaceful, relaxed, casual. Just 30 minutes from Portland, and close to Sebago Lake Sate Park. I loved our room with a huge screened porch overlooking the lake, free access to canoes and kayaks, welcoming staff. Sunday afternoon/evening the Lake was quite crowded with power boats...

Sebago Lake Lodge is wonderful, whether you stay in one of the beautiful (but affordable) cottages right on the lake, or in one of five charming rooms in the lodge. We enjoy having access to kayaks, canoes, and a lovely area for swimming, as well as charcoal grills and lounge chairs outside for relaxing. The sunsets over the mountains are...
