The Ripples Inn ideal location( with the Farnsworth Museum in sight, the harbor/ park, and downtown shops and restaurants a 5-10 minute walk), is only surpassed by the generous hospitality of the innkeeper. Sandi, a semi- retired nurse, shared her rich knowledge of the area and went beyond the call by dressing my scraped arm daily. A magical, warm, friendly...

I have been to Ripples Inn twice. The Innkeeper, Sandi Dillon runs a very nice down-home place and is sensitive to guest's needs. The breakfast is the stuff of legend! My room was clean and comfortable.I would rather stay at Ripples than other Inns because of the service, comfort, realistic rates and the personable owner. Very home-like feel. If you...

Very warm and inviting inn. Sandi is the best host you could ask for. We were taking the Stephen Taber out later in the day and she allowed us to store our bags until we could board the ship. She was extremely accommodating and allowed us access to a bathroom even though we had checked out. She gave lots of...

Sandra did a wonderful job of making us feel right at home. She was very flexible with our ever changing arrival times and even let us stay an extra night last minute. She was very responsive and easy to contact. Her place was easy to find and right by Main St. walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, and a...

Loved this B&B!!! Ripples was the 5th B&B we have stayed at during our trip to New England and it is by far the best. Lovely building and garden. Tastefully decorated. The bathrooms are very clean and useable. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. (No street noise as in other places). Sandy, your host, is great fun and interesting. She...

Just came back from a long weekend in Rockland, ME. Ripples Inn is tastefully decorated and our bed was so comfortable it took a nudge to get up in the morning. Breakfast was served in the cheerful dining room . . . Coffee, fresh fruit cocktail, crispy bacon and fresh peach pancakes (yum) Sandi, the Inn owner was full of...

About half the price of the Victorian B&B's and they give breakfast to boot! Perfect location for exploring Rockland and Sandi, the owner, is most helpful with tips on places to see. The rooms are beautifully decorated and cozy. This will be our first choice for a return visit.

We have come back to Ripples Inn for 4 years in a row. My husband enjoys going to see the preview of cars being put up for the annual fundraising auction at the Owl's Head transportation museum. It is not far from the inn. The Ripples Inn is in a convenient location that is an easy walk to many places...

In our recent stay in Rockland for the Lobster Festival, we chose the Ripples Inn B&B. It was a warm two story home within walking distance to the festival, the water, and the town. Sandi the owner was very down to earth, helpful and friendly. We stayed in the upstairs Poets Room. The room was big enough for us to...

It's rated one of the top B&B's in Rockport & TripAdvisor has never streered me wrong so my aunt and I booked a cpl nights here. I wasn't very impressed. It was cute and good location but that's all it really had going for it. The owner had a very dry, non welcoming personality and her quarters of the house...
