Was a bit of a nostalgia trip having first been here on our honeymoon in 1992. It has changed hands since and is now part of a very small chain in New England. It was great. Rooms all very individual with antique style furniture but great bathrooms. The breakfasts were wonderful. Different sweet and savoury options each morning - waffles,...

The Pomegranate Inn is beautiful! Hosts Erin & Landon went out of their way to make our stay special. The breakfast was amazing and the little touches such as coffee, tea, and fresh baked goods available all day make guests feel welcomed and pampered. Walking distance from wonderful neighborhoods. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had no issues with...

Pomegranate In was filled with warmth and welcomes! Every need was exquisitely handled with class and grace. Breakfast was prepared by master chef and blackberry/peach smoothie was a special touch! Bed was beautiful and dreamy! When they found out we were leaving early on plane, they prepared and left in sack with our room number on it a wonderful large...

We began our prospective stay at the Pomegranate Inn with research, as you probably did. It’s just one of Lark Hotel’s many destinations, and they all seem like amazing properties. We were excited to be staying at “Portland Maine's Most Unique Boutique Inn...a one-of-a-kind Portland Maine bed and breakfast...a visual treat, a soothing sanctuary... Rave Reviews for This Portland Inn...”...

We truly appreciate your thoughtful and thorough review of your stay at Pomegranate Inn. First, please don't let your impressions on the style of the Pom cloud your impression of Lark Hotels in general. "Modern luxury" is how we design and market all our Lark properties, but the Pomegranate Inn is a much different animal (and we don't use this...

So much to look at everywhere you look...art, furniture, a curated space...Our room was had painted with wild parrots and had a Matisse like feel to it...very large and spacious as well with a fireplace... Breakfast was similarly delightful with a great banana smoothie on offer as well as many other good things to eat... The neighborhood itself is interesting...beautiful...

This B&B was a great place to stay. It had lots of interesting art pieces throughout the house. Many of the rooms were beautifully hand painted and loaded with character. It was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was sooo delicious and hosts Erin and Landon had some great recipes to share. There was always something yummy left out for guests...

The staff is quite accommodating and friendly. Beautifully charming and very Happy with our lodging choice here during our stay in Portland. The rooms are all unique and very clean. The smells of their delicious breakfast travels throughout the Inn. Certainly a highly recommendable place to stay while visiting.

My Wife and I just came back from a two nights stay here and throughly enjoyed it. It is situated in the architecturally interesting west section of Portland. It is a five min drive to the Old Port. The lower floor is devoted to dinning room on the left and large sitting room on the right both run from the...

Conviently located, sweet and friendly staff. Clean and inviting. Loads of art and vintage furnishings (some a little too shabby). Love the feel of the inn but it does need some TLC. Lark needs to address some structural issues due to age and neglect. We left early and missed breakfast. Such a pity because it sounded really good!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was extremely accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, and the mansion was beautiful. We didn't have a car and enjoyed our walks into town. The restaurants that the staff suggested were great. Highly recommended!
