Great place to relax and have a nap in the yard. Nice clean rooms and the staff are willing to help you with anything from places to eat or directions to local shops to get some souvenir from the town. Great walking trails and easy get around streets.

We have stayed at Terrace-by-the-Sea for several years. It is the perfect location if you're staying in lovely Ogunquit. Motel rooms, inn rooms, some ocean views, lovely manicured lawns and just a nice walk on the path to Ogunquit Beach. Each year there are room renovations. There's a complete continental breakfast with small tables both on the porch outside and...

It was unfortunate that we went to Ogunquit on cold, rainy November days. In spite of that, we enjoyed our stay. The inn is in a great location by the beach and we can walk to town, many restaurants and shops are nearby. The Terrace by the sea is like its name - by the sea and rather private and...

We had a great time at Terrace. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was lovely and had a wood burning fire going in the evenings in the shared dining space. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Overlooks the ocean. Perfect place for a couples' getaway.

This was a very nice place for a girls weekend. Stayed in a suite with two floors. Upstairs had a nice sitting room with a tv and couch that turned into a bed. I was worried about the couch because the mattress was very thin but for one person it was very comfortable. ( wouldn't recommend it for 2 adults.)...

Tucked away down by the sea The Terrace is a very pleasant place to spend a few days. Our room was at the end of a row on ground floor level. There was no noise or disturbance that could be heard from the adjoining room. The room was very spacious, well equipped and comfortable with a king size bed, fridge...

They advertise internet service but in reality the service is poor, therefore we had to use our room phone to make a local call (for dinner reservation). We were charged 50 cents for a LOCAL call. The room was clean enough & well maintained but the building lacked any real character. The mattress was lopsided and needed replacement. Reserved parking...

Super friendly staff. Clean room with an awesome ocean (it was well worth the extra money). Comfortable bed. Breakfast was simple but fresh and plentiful. Stayed in September after schools had gone back, so no children. Highly recommend.
