I was in York ME two years ago and I fell in love with Perkins Cove and Ogunquit. I decided to come back this year and I did my research on the various accomodations the area has to offer. My last visit wasn't a pleasant one as far as our hotel. I went on Trip Advisor and found out The...

Nice location. The place is quiet. Falling asleep with the waves sound was priceless. We would return next year. The private beach nearby is a plus as well as direct access to the marginal way. You park your car and everything is easily accessible by foot. We would highly recommend rooms with terrace facing the sea.

My family decided to gamble on getting a room here in high season after camping for a night of luxury. Luckily the hotel had a room for us. Well appointed, ocean view, clean, crisp everything you could ask for in a room. Beautiful grounds, well kept and inviting. Great walk on Marginal Way with scenic views or a 20 minute...

My husband, kids and I have been to Ogonquit Maine five out of seven years. We have stayed at the Beachmere four times. Last year we stayed at another just to try it out and the inn was booked for when we wanted to come. You have to book early at this inn that is always a good sign. We...

The Beachmere Inn is more of a resort-it has the best views to the ocean and River with direct access to the Marginal way. The rooms are comfortable, efficient and quiet. You can lounge on the beautiful lawn overlooking the ocean and have lunch in the cafe on site or even visit their spa. Meredith is a very skilled massage...

This was our 6th stay at Beachmere. While the accommodations in the West and South buildings are very modern and comfortable, a couple of things were noticeable this year. Don't plan on using the wifi in your room because the service is terrible. Two feet out your backdoor and in the middle of the front lawn it is perfect reception,...

The main in was full when we were booking our stay, so we booked a room at their off-site Bullfrog Cottage. It was like having our own apartment, a short walk (down the street and then onto The Marginal Way) to the main Inn. The room had a bedroom, private bath, sitting area and kitchenette along with daily housekeeping and...

Stayed here last month and returned to Ogunquit but had to stay elsewhere because the Beachmere was booked. Not the same! Wonderful views, beautiful property and very clean. Never felt crowded and close to everything. Probably a better place for couples than families as there are few on-site activities for kids. Whereas the hotel next door has a tennis court,...

I have travelled to Ogunquit many times, and the best place to stay is the Beachmere Inn. It is one of the few places that has direct beach access, but also a beautiful lawn for the kids to play on, as well as a playground. They can accommodate a number of different lodging needs and have something for everyone. The...
