We started going to The Mill Pond Inn 16 years ago and we returned every summer for 8 years. Then we started traveling to other parts of the world including France, Spain, Japan, Costa Rica and other locales. We returned in late October of this year after being away for another 8 years in order to enjoy the fall landscape....

We enjoyed the beautiful Mill Pond Inn graciously hosted by Sherry and Bobby. The hosts were fantastic, helpful and so kind. Their Inn is beautiful, clean, peaceful and the food is delicious. I loved sitting on their deck in the mornings with my coffee and watching the birds and enjoying their very special views. It is a special place to...

We stayed at this quaint Inn and we were given the royal treatment by Bobby and Sherry Whear from the delicious home cooked breakfasts to the local stories and history along with a trip down town to the Oyster Festival. We will be back for sure.

I've just returned from a 4-night stay at Mill Pond Inn at Damariscotta, Maine-my third stay there in the last 6 years and found it, as always, a magical place. I've traveled a lot and stayed at many B&B's, both in the U.S. and in Europe, and Mill Pond is the most beautiful and serene inn and setting of them...

What a great B&B this was. We had a comfy king size bed and the setting on the pond could be a post card. The host are wonderful. Bobby made us a wonderful breakfast and they even offered to let us use their canoe or kayak for a ride around the pond. Very clean and their is a public park...

We spent 3 most memorable days at this most beautiful inn with idyllic surroundings. You wake up to the birds and a breathtaking view of the water. Bobby and Sherry are perfect hosts that make you feel you are at your home away from home. They thought of every detail. The history behind the house added to the experience. The...

We arrived a bit too early but with her first of many good advices, our host Sherry saved the day - and the other two. She and Bobby were so hospitable that you would like to shout it out loud - but that would disturb the osprey or passing loons. Mill Pond Inn brings you in a state of total...

Stayed 5 days - Bobby and Sherri are wonderful- make you feel right at home. It is a beautiful place - very peaceful. The water views are great and you can sit and enjoy the view. Would stay there again. It is off the main road but close to many attractions.

Mill Pond B and B is wonderful for kayaking as it is easily accessible to wondrous Lake Damariscotta in Nobleboro Maine. Swimming is lovely as well as sitting under the trees listening to the chirp of osprey snd the haunting loons. Best of sll are innkeepers Sherry and Bobby, the latter being a font of information about where to go,...

Our stay at Mill Pond In was a great experience. Set on a lovely pond nears the end of Damiscotta lake with Adirondack chairs at the edge facing a picturesque rock formation can't b e beat. Bobby cooked a great breakfast of poached eggs, thick-light toast and assorted fruit for me and blueberry pancakes plus for my bride of 30...
