My wife and I stayed here in early October. The weather was perfect. But it would have been a great stay even without the fine weather. The Inn is lovely and conveniently located just up the street from the waterfront and from a good ice cream stand. The breakfasts cooked by the owners were very tasty, filling, and nicely presented....

This is a big (16 rooms) old building that has been treated with lots of TLC. The lobby/sitting area has a nice fireplace that Mike stokes up in the evening. It's a great place to sit and finish off the day. The front porch is another nice place to relax. There is not much of a view of the lake...

My husband and I stayed for three nights and couldn't be happier with our accommodations. The room Includes a hot breakfast and vanilla yogurt/granola and fresh fruit as well as assorted cereals, muffins and toast. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator that allows you to put items in that may need to be refrigerated and a keurig for that...

Anne- thank you for taking the time to write a review - and a fantastic one at that! We certainly enjoyed having your wedding group/family here that weekend and the weather couldnt have been better. David thanks so much for the great review - it is very gratifying to us when we read a review and can tell that the guests really had an enjoyable stay. It is not difficult to be accommodating to our guests when they are as easy going as you and Cheryl! I am glad that you enjoyed your breakfasts -...

We have stayed her numerous times with the previous owner before picking our kids up at camp. The Inn is equally as lovely and Mike and Patty do a great job. The stairs are steep and narrow so plan accordingly. It is a wonderful place to stay for anything in that area.

It was great to have your family as guests this summer - it was fun talking about the changes to the inn and local town that have taken place over time. I know that the stairs are a little steep so that is why I gladly carry your luggage up ( and down) from your room to help minimize that...

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the beginning of August and were pleased that everything was clean and comfortable. From the decor in the lobby and dining room to the sheets and soap and lotion in the rooms - you can tell that a lot of attention was given to the quality of items used. We enjoyed the...

So glad that you enjoyed your stay with us and we do hope to see you here in the future! You guys were here in the busiest of our peak season - keep in mind that the shoulder season - September and October- are fantastic months here in Maine with warm days and cool nights. Great, clean comfortable Inn. Our bed and our breakfast were both fantastic. The inn is conveniently located in downtown Naples. I don't typically write reviews, but wanted to because it was such a positive experience. Thanks Mike and Patti.

We are happy to hear that you found our beds so comfy - when we furnished our rooms last year we didn't go with typical hotel grade mattresses but opted to purchase a much better product and believe it to be money well spent - because a good nights sleep and good food in the morning is what this is...

I grew up spending part of each summer in the Sebago Lake/Long Lake area and it's always a pleasure to go back. For the past few years we have stayed at gorgeous Migis Lodge, but decided to seek something less inclusive (meals are including at Migis and the total tab per day is quite pricey, Also, we wanted more flexibility...

It was very apparent that you took some time in writing this review so I wanted to take a day or two myself to respond. We thank you for your input and the positive review. The bath in your suite is one of the smaller ones - but the overall floorspace for the room is larger than most. I wish...

Its great to hear from first time B&B travelers - and even better to hear that you had a pleasant experience. I hope the noisy footsteps overhead didn't distract too much from your stay here - some things are just out of our control.
