This hotel is in the best spot for walking around and seeing all that the city has to offer. The rooms are outdated, but cozy and clean. The staff was very friendly and were so nice about giving us a double room instead of a king bed. They helped out with recommendations and everything around was walkable. I would definitely...

My daughter and I stayed here for one night while she ran in the Maine Coast Marathon. We asked to check out late and not only did they add us to the list we were informed that breakfast was also going to be early to accommodate the runners. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was awesome...

My husband and I stayed here in early April, so the area was not crowded at all. The hotel is nice enough. I'm always a little leery with hotels that have outside entrances, but I never felt unsafe. The gave us free passes to a nearby gym because there isn't a fitness center on site. The gym was within 10...

I stayed here for five nights in April on a solo getaway. My goal was to eat seafood and walk on the beach every day, and indulge in my photography hobby, without friends or family always wanting to go somewhere else, do something else, etc. I've traveled to the southern coast of Maine a number of times, this was the...

I'm really late in this review, but WOW! We stayed here for our honeymoon June 25-29, 2013. It was very updated, and cozy. We had a jacuzzi suite. When we arrived, they were so sweet, congratulated us on our marriage, and made sure everything was perfect. They had champagne in our room, on ice, waiting! The bathroom was gorgeous. Actually,...

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Kennybunkport, ME. It is a beautiful structure with wonderful rooms and sits at the top of the hill, end of the main strip in Kennybunport. The location is perfect for making the walk up and down the main street and is close to all of the shops and restaurants without...

However when we come through it isn't always convenient for us to stay with her so we always stay at the King's Port Inn! We stayed at the King's Port Inn just for one evening for a getaway to Kennebunkport. As others have said, the location is perfect and we had a very large, clean, and comfortable room for a great price since it is off-season. If it hadn't snowed so hard, we would have been able to walk everywhere we wanted to go....

We chose the Kind's Port Inn because of the reasonable price, great location, and jacuzzi bath tub. I had read several reviews that made the hotel and rooms sound run down, which could not have been further from what we experienced. Although the room was small, the decor fit with historic Kennebunkport charm. The four post bed was large, beautiful,...

This old colonial motel has tried to make the best of a building more suited to hotels of yesteryear. Our third floor room was clean and comfortable but in need of a little TLC.
