Another wonderful 3 nights at one of our favorite B&B's. The hosts are always available with help on things to do and places to eat. Sitting on the porch overlooking the river for breakfast is what we love to do. Jim cooks a fantastic breakfast each morning. We would recommend this to anyone who loves peace and quiet. Wine and...

This is the second time that I have stayed at bufflehead cove. I went to stay alone to clear my head from life in New York City and this is just what I needed! Harriet, Erin and Jim (as well as the employees of the inn) could not be more gracious hosts. They make you feel welcome and at ease...

My boyfriend and I stayed several days at Bufflehead Cove Inn. We will never forget this experience. First of all we would love to thank Harriet, Aron and Jim for their friendly welcome. Once we stepped in Bufflehead Cove we felt we were home. We simply cannot describe the wonderful breakfast that Harriet made for us every morning. Incredible! Then,...

Bufflehead Cove was everything we were hoping for and more. Erin and his mother couldn't have been more helpful or gracious. They made it their mission to make sure that we had a wonderful stay in the Balcony Room and their hospitality was warm and heartfelt. The room was incredible, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast that was brought up to...

This was a lovely getaway -- beautiful location, lovely inn, delicious breakfast, enjoyable company, comfortable room! It couldn't have been better. We enjoyed the before-dinner wine and cheese and had a very nice time visiting with the other guests. We felt lucky to find this place.

Harriett was an incredible host and she made sure that every single guest in the house felt welcome. The rooms themselves were stunning - they had the old historic charm - yet they were beautifully updated with really comfortable bedding, clean and beautiful towels, wonderful accessories and everything else you can imagine. The inn sits on a private cove and...

The last time I was here, and many, many times prior to that, I had the feeling that they have reached the limit - Harriet, Jim, Erin and friends cannot make a weekend stay at their B & B any better, more luxurious, more relaxing, more welcoming. (I've been coming an average of several times a season every year since...

We traveled to Maine for our honeymoon this past October and spent the first night here. We should have stayed the whole week. Our room (The Hideaway) was beautiful, the house was gorgeous and the hosts were wonderful. We arrived later in the evening and was recommended a wonderful place for dinner. We awoke to coffee on our porch in...
