Wanted to head north to Jackman to enjoy, what may well be the last of the sledding season for us. We called Moose River Campgrounds on Wednesday to see if they had any openings. We were in luck, they had one cabin left. We took it. We were not disappointed. They are minutes from ITS 89. The cabin was small,...

Decided to go to jackman last minute and picked a number and called. Thankfully it was this place and thankfully they had a cabin available for the weekend. The owner was super friendly and totally gave us our privacy, didn't even meet her until we were checking out. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Shower was hot. And the bed was...

We stayed after a few long days of bird hunting. Showers were hot, quiet, clean and the lady was very friendly. We will go back to do some summer camping!! Just minutes from the grocery store and gas..

Love this campground, quiet, clean, just far enough away from it all too. ATV trails close by, great fishing nearby too. Definitely check it out if you want a place to stay to just relax. If you want constant activities, this is not the place for you. I never really want that in any campground we've stayed at. Just want...

My family has camped here several times using their tent sites. The Rest Rooms and Shower Building is well-maintained and easy because of its central location. We like the campground's location as it is in a very quiet wooded area. Yet you are near many trails that you can explore. Fishing on the property near the dam is a sure...

Absolutely love this place! We have stayed in the cabins, which are well equipped and cozy and also used our camoer on site. Great people and a beautiful spot! Can't wait for the next visit! The cabins are perfect for hunting season!

We really enjoyed our stay at this campground. The setting was beautiful, nestled near a small river overlooking a dam. Very picturesque. The owners were very helpful and friendly, and did everything to make our stay comfortable. There is a lot of fishing right on the property, as well as in the nearby area. The pool is small but clean...

We stayed there 3 nights(8/4-7th) in one of their cabins while exploring the Jackman Maine area. The cabin was clean, spacious and could easly sleep 8 comfortable. We liked it had its own kitchen and bathroom. It overlooked a pond and stream. The campground was clean and well maintained. It is located in a nice wooded area about 1.5 miles...
