We felt lucky when we were able to book QBI at the end of the season, and with very short notice. When we arrived, we couldn't believe just how lucky!! The place is like a little slice of paradise. We booked the Osprey 2 - a two-bedroom suite that is exactly as portrayed on the web sight. The kitchen is...

We were two couples looking for a quick getaway in the Harpswell area and the Cedar Cottage at the Quahog Bay in was happily available. The cottage is on the water, in between two working lobster pounds. In fact, the Innkeepers will accept your order for steamed lobsters from their own lobstering business up to 3:00 pm and deliver them...

Quahog Bay Inn in Harpswell, ME is the perfect place to enjoy the best coastal Maine has to offer in a beautiful location. The rooms were originally apartments so you feel like you are in your own little cottage directly on the water. The unit we stayed in (Dockside) has a kitchen, living room and dining area, king bedroom and...

My family stayed there and loved it. We all know this area and particular spot well from many decades of visiting. Very nice accommodations and people, but they don't take dogs so I personally had to stay elsewhere with my dog. You won't go wrong staying with them.

We had both positive and negative experiences reserving multiple rooms for our family. However, things ended on a bad note as the management of this place is very poor. We dealt with a number of issues. The owner, Jane, who also does the booking, is not present whatsoever. I've seen other reviews on Tripadvisor in which people never hear back...

Matthew and Rachel, I am very sorry that you feel this way about our Inn and about me personally. This was an unfortunate situation. In all of my paperwork, you only reserved and paid for 5 of the rooms that you used for your wedding weekend. I could have and will in the future be more detailed in cost and...

This is our third time in two years staying at the Quahog Bay Inn. I really can't say enough good things about the Inn. First off its not really an Inn, they are a series of suites, we're in the same one bedroom suite as last year The Gull. I don't know of another place we're you get so much...

Dated but roomy accommodations. Off the beaten track location, far from amenities. virtually no service. Phone number doesn't route to the main office so you can never reach anyone. We lost our key and tried for two hours to find someone who could help us. Did not live up to the positive reviews we'd read on tripadvisor.

Marcia, Thank you for staying at Quahog Bay Inn. We have been running the property as an Inn for 6 years, during which time we've done a lot of improvements. We have guests that stayed our first year and have come back every year since, sometime numerous times in one season. I'm sure the Inn is not for everybody but...

We had a vacation where everything had to be rescheduled, cancelled, or delayed. The owners of Quahog helped us throughout these problems and provided a wonderful place with a great view of the water. After a full day of cancellations and delays, it was worth it to walk into our place and see the water. The place is quiet, with...

My husband and I stayed at the Quahog Bay Inn for six nights in June. We brought our small fishing boat along to explore the coastline and kept it on a mooring ball in front of the inn. The scenery was lovely! We stayed in the Crow's Nest, which is on the third floor. The unit itself was extremely clean...

Thank you very much for your lovely review and thank you for staying at our Inn. It was sad to see your boat bobbing around on the morning during those rainy days, but so glad you took advantage of what the area has to offer. Also glad that you had plenty of other beautiful days to be out on the...
